Teaser Tuesday #57, May 8th

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
•Grab your current read
•Open to a random page
•Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
•BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
•Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Today's teaser comes from Soulbound by Heather Brewer, page 254 of my ARC copy

"My curiosity had clearly bought to mind an experience he'd rather forget. Guilt weighed my steps all the way back to the armory."

Oh, that doesn't sound too good! What do you guys make of it? What about you guys? Happy reading!

  8. I know :) I've felt it plenty of times, the only things that I'm social with are books :)

It's such a pretty cover, too!

Me, too. And I really want to read the next book!

And he gets over it pretty quickly, but they have a lot of clashes, and that's kinda a pivotal part in the plot :)

This is an award free blog! Thanks for thinking of me but I just don't have the time to pass it along!
