Follow Friday #147, August 29th (Featured Blogger!)

Follow Friday is a blog hop that expands your blog following by a joint effort between bloggers. Follow Friday is hosted by 2 hosts, Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs! For more rules and how to participate, visit one of the hosts. Now for this week's question:

Q: Tell us about a book character you’d trade places with - Suggested by Escaping Within Pages

A: I have to choose 1? Tory from Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Grace from Heart of the Dragon by Sherrilyn Kenyon, and Yelena from Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder, because they were the female narrators of my most favourite books! And them, and their situations, are why they're my favourite! What about you guys?

Thanks to the hosts for this, and yeah, check out the other featured blogger at Please Feed the Bookworm! Happy reading and hopping!

  13. Thanks :) It feels nice :)

    Following back :)

Oh, please read them! They have awesome characters, and plots, and amazing writing :) This goes for all who haven't read them yet :)

Yelena is awesome! So is Valek! Love reading in Maria V. Snyder's FAQ's about how his character went from a stereotype to a pretty complex character :)

From what I remember, she was only officially in the dungeons for about a year. It's the stuff between first being picked to be tested on, and her killing him, that I would do without :)

Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading!

PS, I wish that I could individually reply to to each comment, but I can't find it anywhere, so if anyone knows how, that'd be great!

  19. Congrats on the feature! I haven't read those specific Sherrilyn Kenyon books, but I like her writing! Yelena is an awesome heroine! But dang, I wouldn't want to have to go through some of the stuff she does...pretty terrifying!

This is an award free blog! Thanks for thinking of me but I just don't have the time to pass it along!
