My Review:
I enjoyed this book so much! When I first started it, I thought that she would have some sort of ghost mentor, but that didn't happen, and Cassidy had to struggle through her investigation into her death-and her memories leading up to it-mostly by herself, though with her boyfriend, and two of her friends to help!

So the synopsis-and the title-focus on the last kiss. But this book is more about that last night of her life, not really focused on the last kiss. Because in the end, while the guy isn't her boyfriend, he isn't the one that killed her.

I really enjoyed the back and forth of present, and past, and how the past was her reliving the events leading up to her death, with Caleb, and her friends, and yeah, that was just so good! Because the past gave her the path to follow, and the present, she followed it!

It's kinda sad, that her life ended because a guy had an obsessive relationship. Just sad, and that said object of his obsession wanted Ethan, so was trying to break them up using some pretty underhanded methods, for one that called Cassidy a friend. But it was easily done because Cassidy couldn't tell Ethan about her parents and their deteriorating relationship. So it's jut kinda sad!

I really enjoyed this book so much, that when she was dying, she knew she'd come and see Ethan again, and she did. It was kinda like an episode of Ghost Whisperer from the perspective of the ghost, moving on when her unfinished business-her murder-was solved. So yeah, really great ending, and really great book-and debut book at that!
