This is a companion series, or mini series within the main Chronicles of Elantra series. So there's some elements that I can't put my finger on that are similar, and I think it's the same team who creates those covers as well. But as Kaylin isn't the star of this book (and won't play an active role except maybe in memories, but that's not quite the same) she's not on the cover. Yeah, can't wait to read this book, and the rest of the series, exploring Severn's background is going to be fantastic! I'm so excited! What about you guys? Happy reading!
