I wish! I'm organized on my posts, but I am awful when it comes to reviews. Especially review copies. I wish I was more organized! But I usually create a review post when I want to read a book, and just add details like when I read it and the actual review, once I've read the book, and schedule that post, and I have a dedicated tab where I can see all my scheduled reviews.
