If you mean between released in the last year, and released more in the last 2 decades? Then I like both, with a slight preference for new books. If you mean between currently being released books and classics, 100% new books, I can't translate the prose of the classics. What about you guys? Happy reading!

DeleteI'm also not the biggest fan of the classics. People are shocked by the amount of them that I haven't read. lol. I also prefer newer books. I think I relate to them more. Honestly, at the end of the day, I read whatever feels exciting at the moment!
