I'm thinking of a series, and while it's not really suitable for summer, one of the times that I read it was while I was on vacation, and I remember reading one of the books by the pool, and that's the Nadia Stafford series by Kelley Armstrong, and I just love it, and it's such a great story about an assassin! I enjoyed the first Nadia Stafford book, but never went on to read more in the series. I should do that. I honestly cannot remember ever reading by the pool. And in recent years, on the rare occasion I am at a pool, I am too busy keeping an eye on my daughter to make sure she was safe in the water. She's not a strong swimmer. My summer reading doesn't really change from what I normally read regardless of location though. So, I have no book to offer than to say whatever I am reading at time time counts as my "beach" read.
