Join the beloved cast of the best-selling Spy x Family as they embark on five exciting adventures!

In this book of Spy x Family original prose stories, Anya attempts to make friends with her target Damian during an Eden Academy camping trip, Yuri spends his day off babysitting his niece, and Franky seeks Loid's help in winning the heart of a blind opera singer. Then, when the family sits for a portrait painting, Yor is terrified that her secret identity will be blown. And in the final story, the family is scrutinized by a pair of unseen observers… There's never been a family quite like this one!

My Review:
This was a really fantastic collection of stories! It was pretty interesting getting them in prose versus images. It was written in a clear, easy to read, so it could be easily consumed by a child, if they read the series. I had such a great time reading these stories!

Each story felt like a chapter in the manga. The first, a camping adventure that had Anya and Damien spending more each other, to the final story of a famous painter with hyper realistic paintings wanting to paint their family-but neither Loid nor Yor wanted to be painted, to have that evidence of their existence laying around. It was such a fun read!

I'm not sure which story I enjoyed most. Frankie's story was really sad, but pretty clever. I just felt bad for all involved. And then Yuri having to babysit Anya, and took her to a place to help children find what profession they might get into, and how intent he was in the interrogation, given that's what he does for a living, yeah, that was so great to read!

One thing that I really loved is that this collection continued the tradition from the graphic novels that had a bonus short story at the end. That their fake marriage encouraged other marriages to happen, I loved that!

Loved reading this collection and I can't wait to read more in this series!
