Week 17 Review: Falling to Ash

From Goodreads:
Trapped between two very different worlds, newly made vampire Moth is struggling to find her place in either. Not only does she have to answer to her strict Irish-Catholic Dad, but her overprotective maker, Theo, is intent on making her the star attraction in his powerful Boston vampire clan. Moth will have to pull off the double-act of the century to please both of them. Adding to her problems is the dangerously attractive Jason Murdoch, a trainee vampire hunter who loves to play cat and mouse in his spare time—Jason the cat, and Moth the mouse. But when the young and gorgeous teenagers of Boston's wealthiest families start to disappear, it forces Moth and Jason into an uneasy truce. Will they be able to solve the mystery behind the disappearances before someone winds up undead?

My Review:
Oh, I loved this book! Great characters, great world, great in the whole it's so interesting, complicated, not necessarily good, but so fun to read!!! And Moth was just so awesome, finishing her journey on accepting that she was a vampire and all the things that went with it, and yeah, while there were still some final struggles, she was almost at the place where she could be, if not happy, content with her new life. Or at least, I think so.

But then these murders start happening, of people that she knew in her short stint at college. And having the cops look into her life, well, not so good for her on the vampire side of things. Add in her sister not feeling too good to be at home, and meeting up with Jason again, well, yeah, there's some problems going on in her life that make it hard to relax.

Jason, I'm pretty sure sometimes went by Jace, had a pretty bad life, what with his mom being killed somehow because of the life that they were living, while she was pregnant, to his dad, who was missing in the beginning, but was a Class A-Asshole, well, yeah, what else would you call that but a bad life, and having to hunt monsters? While it may look fun, it is dangerous.

Yeah, this was a fantastic book, and I'm looking forward to reading the next book!!!!
