Week 29 Review: Over You

From Goodreads:
After the grand explosion of her relationship, seventeen-year-old Max Scott developed what every girl in the history of the world has been waiting for: a way to get over being dumped. Now Max is the go-to guru for heartbroken high-school girls all over NYC. But when her ex unexpectedly shows up in her neighborhood, Max's carefully controlled world starts to unravel. With her clients' hearts hanging in the balance, Max will have to do the seemingly impossible: get over him once and for all.

Brilliant at bringing humor to the trials and tribulations of the lovestruck, #1 New York Times bestselling authors Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus have crafted a tale that will resonate with any girl who has ever been in love or had her heart broken. It brims with smart observations, features a pitch-perfect teen voice, and will attract fans of Jenny Han, Sarah Mlynowski, and Lauren Barnholdt. Readers are sure to fall head-over-heels for this sharp spin on breaking up, making up, and getting even.

My first review of Over You
My Review:
This was an awesome book! So hilarious, and the way that it was written, in the tense, where it was about one character, and what they were thinking, but not really in a I/He/She way, the whole, limited omniscience god voice, for just the important characters that we needed their thoughts to love this book!

I loved her company, and how it helps girls get over heartbreak, and how as the book went on, there were new ideas for it's future, expanding the program to adults, and to guys, too, because just because you're a girl, doesn't mean that they are good, because there's good and bad in everything, it seems!

Loved her program, and then the final moment, where the girl shows the guy that she's over him, and yeah, that's just awesome, building up the girl's confidence, healing her emotionally, showing that some guys are just jerks.

I loved how Max used her own personal story, with teaks to make it more dramatic, and used it as warning case, but when she has the chance, she kinda loses her mind and jumps right into bed with her ex. So since her friends, and guy that she likes, saw the initial stages of that, that meant some clean up for Max!

Loved this book, loved rereading it, it was just really great!
