The Post Prompt: What's Your Book Betrayal Story? (Someone borrowed a book and destroyed it? Waited for a book for forever and it was terrible?)

Well, when I was in grade 9, and I borrowed two books to a friend. Which was back in 2009. And I  never got them back. And one of them was one of my most favourite books, and held a special place in my heart as it was it was the book that introduced me to that author, the reason why that author is a favourite one. Yeah, I never got them back. What about you guys? Happy reading!
