Today's teaser comes from Vanished by Karen Robards, pg 157.
 
"Crystal was maybe thirty-five, with a Malibu-caliber tan that went oddly with her flaming hair and hazel eyes. Her brows were plucked into an improbable arch, she had a little pug nose, and her lips, beneath their coating of shiny, hot pink gloss, were thin."

That's a pretty good description of a lady!
