My Review:
Oh, what a wonderful, delightful, amazing book! Absolutely wonderful, with such conflict, like the fact that the 3rd Wroth brother to get a book, was a vampire hunter before he was turned by his older brothers, and that as a vampire, he's been an assassin, killing in such a way to gain red eyes.
Loved Naomi, she's so open, and they have a hard time of it, seeing as she died over 70 years ago, and they can't touch. Till they can, thanks to Mariketa! Speaking of, it was nice to see her and Bowen again, and have her using her mirror magic, and how he hurt to bring her back!
Then there was conflict to build up for upcoming books, like how Naomi stole the hair comb from Murdoch, that's probably going to come back in his book, Untouchable, and then there was the whole Cadeon incident, too!
I loved their relationship, and how they dealt with each other, that he got her papers for her, the ones that she couldn't reach. Oh, but then when he blew up because she had the key all that time and didn't give it to him? That was him acting like an idiot. But they ended up in a good place in the end!
Yeah, this was a really great book in a series of great books, and I can't wait to read more!
