A cruise ship. A beautiful island. Two sexy guys. What could possibly go wrong? In the Bermuda Triangle--a lot. Hoping to leave behind the reminders of her crappy life--her fathers death years ago, her mothers medical problems, and the loser who's practically stalking her--seventeen-year-old Autumn Taylor hops on a ship with her sister for a little distraction.
When she wakes up in the Bermuda Triangle, she fears she's gone nuts for more than one reason: that losers suddenly claiming they're a happy couple... a hot guy is wrapping his arms around her and saying Happy Anniversary... and suddenly, she's full of bruises, losing her hair, and getting IV medication. Autumn visits the ships doctor, hoping for a pill or a shot to make the craziness go away. Instead, she's warned that these alternate realities could become permanent. She just has to ask herself one question--how the hell is she going to get out of this mess?
My Review:
Oh, how I loved this book! Loved the romance, the mystery, and yeah, it's not every day you read a book based in the Bermuda Triangle (it can be mentioned, but this is actually there) so yeah, that's unique, and I love reading unique books!
Autumn's had a hard life, first her dad died, and now her mom's in a coma from a car accident, and to relax, her and her sister use something that was about to be expired cruise tickets to have some downtime, to relax, but nope, she doesn't get that, what with the parallel lives!
Loved reading about the parallel lives, and how each day she woke up to a new one, and they were all different, whether the difference was big or small, there were those differences, and yeah, she could be healthy and her mom sick, or she could be sick, and there were lots of different roles the boys could play!
The one thing I'm wondering about is, how did the doctor know about the whole alternate realities. Because it's not the thing the average doctor knows about, even if this doctor lives in the Bermuda Triangle. Though I bet you that this doctor is the same one who's in the sequel!
Yeah, this was a really great book, and I can't wait to read the sequel!
