From Goodreads:
GhostWalker Jack Norton is a genetically enhanced telepathic sniper on a mission to rescue his brother in the jungles of the Congo. Then he meets Briony, a beautiful rebel on a mission of her own-and hiding secrets that a shadowy enemy would kill to discover.
From Goodreads:
It begins as a mission to protect a politician from an assassination threat. But the operation takes an unexpected turn when Mari, a mysteriously beautiful GhostWalker, is taken hostage. At the same time, Ken Norton, expert assassin and himself a GhostWalker warrior, is on a mission of his own-one that reaches into Mari’s own past. No stranger to the ways of violent warfare, Mari must join forces with Ken and trust his every move-each one more intimate than the last.
My Review:
So good to read about both sets of twins again! Lots of action, romance, and learning about both sides of the family! Well, not so much for Briony and Mari's family, besides a bit about Briony's adoptive family. And that, just the beginning of Conspiracy. Mostly it was the Norton family we got!
I really enjoyed both of these couples! They all had their issues, from dealing with father Norton, the pregnancy, the torture in the Congo, or having being raised by Dr. Whitney to be soldiers. Not fun, not at all, but yeah, together, they were good, and it was great to read about!
So Conspiracy, we got to see the first girl that was experimented on Whitney, who a) had some of the least amount of time spent with him or people sent on his behalf and b) can't think of a B, because that takes out Lily, Dahlia, and Flame! So yeah, that was a new thing!
Then Deadly, we got to see more into what it was like to be raised by him to be a soldier, and then a breeder, but not really experimented on, not exactly. Or not with the in-depth like Flame with cancer. And it introduced Violet, she who we really don't like at all!
Yeah, fantastic books, loved rereading them, can't wait to reread more!
