Mad Right Now-Watching TV Shows and Social Class

Right now, I'm fairly mad. I want to watch my shows on which I've missed a few episodes, only to find that the FBI or something has taken down megavideo and related websites (though they went the upload site to megavideo) because it was criminal or something.

THAT MAKES ME MAD!!!! I want to watch my shows.

I watch a lot of TV shows, but I don't have time to watch them all at the same time, or even when they air. So I watch them online when I have time. Or when I discover a TV show that's finished, like I watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer last year. And I'm not the only one in this boat, there's a lot of shows out there.

The websites of the TV shows are kinda useless. They either don't have the show to watch, or they do, and it takes forever to load. I've heard people talking about it, and shows have been canceled due to lack of people watching the network. Well, why can't they have the shows online so we can watch there, because of a lack of time? They'd get way more views, and more accurate number counts of the popularity of the show.

So why did they take down my #1 video source? I've watched megavideo links for almost 2 years now, and I worked from waiting 60 minutes, to 30 or less. If I can't watch my shows, then what's the point in having any television anymore? Seriously, the logic in there being no online stuff is flawed.

Then not really related to the TV show thing, but we're watching Sicko in Social, where the main theme is ideology. And it's about the american health system. And how crappy it is, having to pay to get healthy. Like there was some 9/11 volunteers who dug in the wreckage, and since they weren't government employees, the government wasn't going to pay for their medical care, and they developed various breathing problems, and physiological trauma. While we haven't watched the whole thing yet, well, it just looks really bad, that USians have to pay their medical bills. And how afraid of "socialist medicine" they were when Hilary Clinton tried to get universal health care, and they said that it would lead to a socialist nation. Um. Look at Canada, look at England, look at France. Do we look like socialist nations? And all 3 were mentioned in free, universal health care. The doctors just wanted to stay rich. Which is why I'm so glad that I don't live there. Go Tommy Douglas!! Yep.

OK, I feel a bit better now. Now to try and find my shows!
