Today's teaser comes from The Tragedy Paper by Elizabeth LaBan, page 22.
"I was two steps across the hall when I felt the impact, a strong but petite body crashing into my left side followed by a cold, icy liquid on my shirt and neck. I think some also hit me in the back of the head."
