Running from a nightmare stalking her every move, Phoebe Martin arrives in Echo Falls hoping she has finally found a safe place to stop. But trouble has a way of catching up and soon the signs are there.
After a vicious attack in an alley, policeman Aidan O'Bryan is left with Phoebe as his only path to understanding why the Echo Falls werewolf pack - his pack - is being attacked. When another pack member is killed, Phoebe is forced to confront her past before she loses Aidan and everything she has come to love.
Love and duty become one as Aidan strives to prevent Phoebe from becoming the next victim. But with Phoebe just as determined to protect Aidan and her new home, secrets from her past threaten to tear them apart.
Will love give Phoebe the strength to trust Aidan and face her fears, or will her past destroy her future?
My Review:
Wow! Loved this book! So amazing, loved the romance, the mystery, and the supernatural! So amazing! It really linked together, and there were such strong bonds in this book! So good! Yeah, this was a really great book!
The romance was really deep, and I could feel it, and the tension was high, and palpable! Loved it! And it was intense, it really added to the suspense, because there were a good amount of scenes where lives were at stake! So good!
The mystery, loved it, and how it was built into the recent past, and how it just built well into the story, little clues and hints we were given, and how there was a possibility of something, but what really happened was really shocking!
I kinda guessed one of the bad guys simply because of their attitude. Because she technically wasn't a guy. But I'm not telling, it should be easy to guess like I did. I just didn't like her, she was mean, and rude, and yeah. Just wasn't very nice.
Paranormal, supernatural, it was so amazing! I really enjoy werewolf books, they're a lot of fun, and this one followed the trend! And to the romance it added! Really great!
I loved this book, it was really great, and it was a nice, summer read, so I hope you guys check it out!
