So this week I read Vestige, The Immortality Virus, and Treachery in Death.
Vestige takes place after half the world's population goes missing, The Immortality Virus is where people have been living foreover for 400 years now, and it's very, very crowded! Treachery in Death, takes place after a war, and things have pretty much gotten back on track, and there's a lot of crime, though, case in point that this is book #32. Yep.

Blacklisted is Dystopian because of the whole alien invasion, and the 80 years later thing, Unraveling because all this bad stuff is happening, and the world is basically ending and yeah. Article 5, they have a very strict government after something happened. Yep.

The Selection, things are very bad, and the country in what was the US has a monarchy, and people are in caste groups, and the highest ones go hungry very easily. Awaken, and Ecstasy in Darkness, alien invasion. Fear, they're trapped still, and people die easily. Yep.

Damned has the vampires, and they kill a lot of people, and controls the population. The Sky Inside has the people trapped, and they vote on stupid things, and yeah, it's not a great place to live! Seduce the Darkness, alien invasion and having to turn to synthetic things and non-water showers, yeah, Dystopian! Thumped, having teenagers have tons of babies because they can't have any after they turn around 20. Yep.

So this week I read Born of Silence, Insurgent, Above, and Enslave Me Sweetly. Born of Silence, well, it's in another universe, and so many bad things happen, that it has to be Dystopian! Insurgent, well, it's Dystopian because they've split into the factions after something bad happened, which we started to learn about in this book! Above, they were different, like lion paw feet, and such, and they were treated very bad. Enslave Me Sweetly has the alien invasion, and things are not very good. Yep.

So this week I read The Nightmare Garden, Bite Me, Try Me, Fang Me, Make Me, and Monument 14. The Nightmare Garden is this alternate history, I'm pretty sure, where Tesla invented aether stuff, and such, and there's all sorts of creatures, and the Land of Thorn and Iron, and such. Bite Me, Try Me, Fang Me, and Make Me, have demons, and them trying to integrate themselves into the world, and there's lots of life and death things. Monument 14 is when all these bad things, like a volcano erupting, and a huge tsunamis? and a virus that has various side effects depending on your blood type, going on, and lots of people were dying and such. Yep.

So this week I read The Immortal Rules, Fever, and Incarnate. The Immortal Rules is in a world where vampires have taken over, and there's zombie-like creatures. It's not a good place to be human, to say the least! Fever is a world were girls die at 20, and guys at 25, and girls are kidnapped and put into polygamous? marriages. Incarnate, there's souls, and they are reincarnated, and have lived for 5000 years and it's almost a Utopian society, but there's dragons and other things that attack them. Yep.

The 2012 Dystopian Reading Challenge is hosed by The Non-Relunctant Reader! So this week I read Scored, The Demon Trapper's Daughter, Soul Thief, and Revealing Eden. Scored because it was this world that had gone through a really hard time economically, and then to be able to afford to go to college, you got watched and everything about you was put into this score. Which would be just awful! The Demon Trapper's Daughter and Soul Thief, are in this world after lots of bad things happened, and now demons are public knowledge and they do a lot of bad things. Revealing Eden is after the sun went bad, and if people were outside for any length of time unprotected, they would get "The Heat" and they'd die, and they have a pretty bad society, and yeah. Yep. I've now have 19 of 20 read! Almost done!! Yeah!
