OK, so I got 24 posts in 7 days, and yeah, I had a pretty great time! What about you guys? Happy reading!

So this week I want to read The Beast Is an Animal, The Body Market, Dead Little Mean Girl, The Great Pursuit, Hunted, and The Ship Beyond Time.

Week 2 Review: The Release

My Review:
Reading this book was really fantastic! I've enjoyed this series since the beginning, and yeah, it was a pretty fantastic trilogy! Really enjoyed the journey that they have gone on, and this was one heck of an ending for them, what they faced and how they survived and beat the odds!

This is the book where they travel the most. They start where the series began in new Libertyville, travel to Heartland, a bit back, and then back to Libertyville in the end. So yeah, we get to see more, we get to see people who aren't running for their lives or the ones that are hunting them. So yeah, that was pretty awesome!

Hope and Book have been back and forth on their relationship, inching closer and closer to actually doing this world's version of dating! And they have some bumps on the road, like Hope's scars. Really enjoyed how it all played out!

The ending was pretty fantastic! There were casualties, but most of them were the bad guys, so that was OK! And yeah, finding out what Chancellor Maddox's plan, combined with that one twist, made for an awesome ending taking her down!

Absolutely loved and enjoyed this book! It was just so great!

Week 49 Review: The Capture

My Review:
Yeah, I finally read this book! And maybe, I'll be able to read The Release before it comes out, since I do have a copy. It's just a matter of planning and scheduling and luck! So hopefully! Because this was a really fantastic book, but it ended on the same kind of note as The Prey-the thought of future action!

This book picks up pretty quickly after the ending of The Prey, and things get bad, quickly. And yeah, the way that some of these characters acted wasn't cool. But the secret between Hope and Cat, yeah, I wish that Hope had been able to share because if she had, things would've been better!

Hope makes Book promise not to go into the building where the Sisters were experimented on. And then when he does go into it, the group splits up because the Sisters can't trust him. And it was a little childish. I mean, sure, they lost a lot there and not wanting him to know about it. Still. They could've explained a bit, that there were horrible memories there. Instead, they make him promise in a way that made him really need to know what was going on!

The whole thing with the Skull People was really interesting! And that the lady in Book's memory/dreams, yeah, that was pretty big! And while it was sad to have to leave her behind, well, they still had to save the Less Thans, which they did, which was so great!

Now there's just taking down the bad guys, and I can't wait to read it!

OK, so I got 28 posts in 7 days, and I read a lot of great books, started a new meme, all in all, a pretty great week! What about you guys? Happy reading!

Week 11 Review: The Prey

My Review:
This book! Oh, man, it was so great! I enjoyed reading about Book and Hope, they were such fantastic characters! As well as Cat, as well as the other Less Than's and Sisters! Their journey to escape the bad guys!

It was pretty cruel to raise these boys to think they'll be lieutenants, when in fact they'll be hunted for sport. Add to the fact that they're Less Than's because they don't conform to what the ideal human body shape, or their parents were deemed terrorists, well, it's a horrible, sucky situation!

What the government did for the "good the Republic" was just pure evil. That they would test situations against twins basically because they could, just horrible! This is not a world that I would not want to live in!

Loved their journey as they escaped, and outwitted the bad guys. That despite the bad guys having the numbers and the weaponry, the kids beat them out, and found safety. And then Book turns around to go back to rescue the others left in the camps. Yeah.

Loved this book, and I can't wait to read The Capture! I need to know what's going to happen next!
