My Review:

I really enjoyed the first 3 books in the Ingo series, and this one was no exception. It kept me in the world of Ingo, and I stayed up till about 2 am to finish it. Probably not smart when I had to get up at 6 the next day (or that day, since it was after 12.) I digress.

This book was spent mostly in Ingo, unlike the other books where it was back and forth. And I enjoyed that. It made the world of Ingo more alive to me, to know what it was like more, because Sapphy was getting to understand it better, too.

It had a bittersweet ending, which I thought was according, it was the end of a series, that makes it sad automatically, but there was death, but there was also life, and love.

All in all, a good book, and I hope you check out the series, it's really good.

My review:
I first read Ingo about 2 years ago, and it was one of those books that you read, like, think about a little while later, and then, if you read a lot of books like me, forget.

Then 2 months ago, I saw it again at the library, where I'd seen it in the first place, I knew I had to reread it-there were sequels now! More books to read!

So I picked those up from the library, and read them.

I really loved how Sapphy's world evolved, and how everything around her changed! It was good to see. I loved how each book had a purpose, and a balance of Ingo, Earth, and Air, like how they are mixed in Sappy and Conner, they had different mixes in each book.

All in all, they were very good, but the occasional British word through me off for a second, like tyre, sine I'm used to tire, and the such. But yeah, good books overall!

I'm going to be reading the last book, The Crossing of Ingo, as soon as I get it from the library-I want to see where everything is going to end up for the characters, and if the new bad guy is going to be defeated!!!!

I am currently reading the Tide Knot by Helen Dunmore, the second book of the Ingo Series. It's quite good, and it's good to see the changes that have happened in the lives of the characters since book 1. And that's all I'm going to say for fear of spoiling the first book :)

Ingo is book 1 on the series, and I first read it a very long time ago, about 3 years, and I remembered bits and pieces, and when I remembered it now, I saw that 2 more books had come out. So I had to reread this book first before moving on to the new books. Well, there was always that sense of "what was going to happen?" with  a bit of deja vu, and a sense of "What's going to fill these pages?" Yep :)

I am going to finish this series! You can count on that! But this one is going to finish the trilogy, and I've actually kinda read the last page, but skimming, so I really can't wait till I finish all these books :)
