My Review:
Oh, man, this book was absolutely amazing! This series has been so great, and it was so epic to read the end of it! The beginning kinda just threw us into the action, and things didn't slow down from there! Such a great read!

There were a few plot lines to follow. There's Ciara and finding her and thwarting her plans. There's finding Jonas niece. Oh, and the conflict with Branna played out, and while it had a cost, it was worth it in the end, because it helped her go through the tears!

This is the book, I think, where she spends the most time in the city. Mostly because of her connection to the important politician dude because of his connections. Because the plan of Ciara is pretty big and bad!

Loved how it all played out! The trial, and then the big fight, yeah, that was really intense! I'm glad that Tiger got her home all legal, so no one can take it from her, that was a really great ending! And with Jonas, too!

This book was just spectacular, a great ending to a wonderful series! I loved it!

My Review:
I really enjoyed reading this book! It was such a great start to this spin off series, that this world is the same, but that years have passed, so there are new characters and new technologies, and new history that's affecting the present!

I think one of my favourite things was learning about how Riley's life had gone in the 25-ish years between the ending of Moon Sworn and this book! Like, that they had 5 kids, two sets of twins! And that she designed shoes and was doing well in photography!

Another thing that I really liked was seeing Risa pretty much all grown up! She was a cute kid, and yeah, we also go to see her powers in work, since we didn't seen a lot with Quinn, and he wasn't half werewolf! So that was fantastic!

This book set up this series in a great way, I can't wait to see how things are going to go with the investigation into her mom's death, in her involvement with the vampire council, and with her dad and the gates of hell!

Yeah, I enjoyed this book so much, and I can't wait to read more of this fantastic series!

So this week I want to read Confessions of the Very First Zombie Slayer (That I Know Of) and Making Bad Choices.

My Review:
I loved reading these books! This series has been fantastic since the beginning, and while I'm sad to say goodbye, well, there's still the Dark Angel series with Risa all grown up and her Aunt Riley! So yeah for that! And yeah, these books were just so fantastic to read!

Both of these books deal with Kye, her soul mate. In different ways, because in the first, he's all about control, to the point of threatening her loved ones. And the second, because she killed him and was dealing with all the emotions there, of another lost dream, that loss of connection, and the guilt of Kade's death. Yeah.

But there were also other things going on, she's a guardian, and yeah, while these bad guys aren't as hard to beat on a skill level as a god, well, one's her soul mate and the other is someone who basically destroyed her and Rhoan's childhood. So she needed the strength that she got facing down those previous bad guys!

There was such a fantastic end, with the marriage, and the twins! I kinda hope that it's a girl and boy like Riley and Rhoan, because that would be just so sweet! I wish that we could've seen Riley as not a guardian again, just for a bit besides that ending, but yeah, great end to the series!

Absolutely loved these books, and I can't wait to start the Dark Angels series!
