Week 52 Review: Fantasy

From Goodreads:
Where Do Your Fantasies Take You?

Under the blazing heat of the Borneo sun...
...a beautiful naturalist's dream comes true--to live among the feral jungle creatures. But an untamed, irresistible beast of another sort forces her to explore her own wild side.

In an exclusive gentleman's club in Victorian London...
...adventurous ladies are available to the highest bidder. Yet how far will a modest widow go to fulfill her fantasy of being auctioned off as a rake's midnight plaything?

From the depth of the dark unknown...
...a child of midnight has arrived in a spiritual Tibetan refuge to rid herself of wicked desires. Here this ageless beauty meets the one man who can save her--or damn her soul forever.

In a private, all-male school for seduction...
...she might just graduate with honors. If she can only maintain her disquise long enough to teach the man of her dreams a few lessons.

stories include:
The Widow's Auction by Sabrina Jeffries
Luisa's Desire by Emma Holly
Mr. Speedy by Elda Minger
The Awakening by Christine Feehan

My Review:
I really enjoyed this anthology! It was full of amazing stories, in 2 worlds that were paranormal, and yeah, 2 that weren't, and yeah, I enjoyed all of them, from a widow selling some of her time to a guy in Victorian England, to a girl disguising herself as a guy to infiltrate a guy only event on how to seduce women.

The Widow's Auction was a funny short story, because it had behaviours that are pretty much opposite of what we think it is, at least for me, to have society women to be that open about things like that, and her reason to get the money was a pretty good one, so yeah  for her!

Luisa's Desire, is the first book in the Midnight series. And yeah, it was a really good book, a little bit graphic for a story set in a monastery, but yeah, it was really good, and I'll have to check out this series later, because yeah, it was a good story!

Mr. Speedy, now that was hilarious! A lady reporter, goes to the conference to help guys pick up women easier, basically, and how she writes an article to expose his sexist ideas, and dealing with her room mate, a fellow writer, and their attraction to each other. Yeah, it was a great story, I really enjoyed it!

Finally, the Awakening, the first book in the Leopard people, focusing on the first couple in the series with the Han Vol Dan, which is what the title is, basically, and yeah, it was a hot, steamy jungle book, and yeah, really good!

I really enjoyed this anthology, it was diverse, and unique, and filled with great stories!
