My Review:
Well I loved reading this book! I've really enjoyed this series, and while I'm sad to see it end, it was such a great journey! And after the end credit scene in Flash Fire, I had to know how things were going to end! And boy, was it a story! And so filled with humour, too!
I just wanted to know what the heck was going on. Things clearly weren't what they were at the end of Flash Fire, and I wanted to know what was going on. And when we did, oh, that was pretty sad, because it didn't go where I though it would, but it was better then what I was imagining.
Like the first two books, it does mention how great it is to have a parent of a gay child supporting them, which in a perfect world, that'd be obvious, but it's not. There's also a conversation about the situation with police, and Black Lives Matter, so that was really great!
The Lighthouse Team is so great, I love them and their relationships! Of their friendships, and their loves, and how well they work together. Given the circumstances, things were pretty intense, and they dealt with a lot of crap, but I really enjoyed how they beat the bad guys, and got their happy ending! I loved the final post credit scene!
This was a fantastic read, and I can't wait to read more by T.J. Klune!
