My Review:
Oh, yeah, it was so fantastic to read these books! I loved them so much, I couldn't put them now, and yeah, they were such amazing book! I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters, but I did read that Kendare Blake might be reading more books in this world, on the mainland. Maybe. If so, that'd be awesome, I would totally read it!
Wow, all 3 of these sisters were so great to read about! Arsinoe was something of a favourite, though I really enjoyed Katharine and Mirabella's stories as well! There were some storylines of romance, but the main plot was who was going to be Queen. And once Katharine was crowned, well, survival. And rebellion. Jule's story being legion cursed grew to equal size of the sisters story!
We learned so much during these books, about the history of the mist, the failed contenders who were thrown in the pit, and more. I loved the mix of politics and warfare and a unlikely sisters relationship. It was all so great to read!
The ending, all in all, was satisfying. It wasn't pleasant, and I mourned the losses that occurred, but for those that survived, they, and the country, were in good places, and it was so so great to read! I only wish that the queen from The Oracle Queen, had been vindicated, that the truth about what happened there had come out. Oh, well!
Loved reading the rest of this series, it was a fantastic reading experience, and I just love these books!
