My Review:
This book was another amazing, sweet read! After all, a story about a couple who were split up because of one horrible night-and the fact that she had their daughter and didn't tell him, yeah, that's quite a story!
There was a bit of this story where she anonymously contacted him, and yeah, that was pretty hilarious to read, because they both let their guards down, as well as some flirtations. That he wants to know who she is, and she knows that can't work, well, it was an interesting dynamic!
I kinda really didn't like her parents. Well, her father died, but given that he seemed to be of the same opinion as his wife, well, I don't think I'd like him either. I mean, they favored their son, and while Jada made a mistake going to the party, it's not like she pulled the trigger. Her mom acted horribly.
There were a few fears in this book. That Maddox would take Maya away from Jada. That Maya would hate her for not telling her about her dad. And I just had to read more, to see how they found their happy ending!
Really enjoyed reading this book, and can't wait to read his brother's story in the next book!
