Week 17 Review: Call Down the Hawk

From Goodreads:
The dreamers walk among us . . . and so do the dreamed. Those who dream cannot stop dreaming – they can only try to control it. Those who are dreamed cannot have their own lives – they will sleep forever if their dreamers die.

And then there are those who are drawn to the dreamers. To use them. To trap them. To kill them before their dreams destroy us all.

Ronan Lynch is a dreamer. He can pull both curiosities and catastrophes out of his dreams and into his compromised reality.

Jordan Hennessy is a thief. The closer she comes to the dream object she is after, the more inextricably she becomes tied to it.

Carmen Farooq-Lane is a hunter. Her brother was a dreamer . . . and a killer. She has seen what dreaming can do to a person. And she has seen the damage that dreamers can do. But that is nothing compared to the destruction that is about to be unleashed. . .

My Review:
This was such a great read! I loved the original series, and that we got a spin off series focused on the dreamers-and that we got to see more of Ronan and Adam-sign me up! I loved them as characters, and their relationship, and spending more time with them sounded really great!

To have a series focused on dreamers, I loved the idea. We got to learn more about them, and not just Ronan, and his father, and the one other that we met in book 2. There was more going on, and I absolutely loved that!

We did get to know some new characters, Jordan and Carmen, and I loved what they added to the story, and getting to know them was really great! It was just so entertaining, watching how everything was connecting together!

Of course, things weren't the same with Roman and Adam, given that Adam is off at college. I loved watching them navigate these changes, and everything that was going on around them. I loved how things ended and I'm so excited to see what's going to happen next!

This was a fantastic read, and I can't wait to continue this series!
