My Review:
I had a great time reading this latest graphic novel story arc! I love the world of Avatar: the Last Airbender, and spending this time with these characters after the show ended has been really great! And I really enjoyed this story!
This story arc was really fantastic to read! We really get to focus on the Fire Nation, and on Zuko's methods of rulership. That kids are getting abducted by spirits-and the uprising that follows, and Zuko's response to it...it was a compelling plot,
Because one hand, there's protecting your people. On the other, there's giving into fear. There's also doing what the bad guy wants, and oh, once we knew what was going on, I was cheering for Zuko to overcome the obstacles!
This had hardly any of Team Avatar. We do get Aang, but not a lot. And we briefly see Katara and Sokka, but reading further along, we're going to get the adventures that they're having in the next story arc, and I can't wait to read it!
These were really fantastic to read, and I can't wait to continue on in this world!
