I just had to reread this book! I've read most of these books a few times, but the final book just the once, and that was a few years ago now. I just love this series again, and it was really great to spend this time in the world with these characters!

Zara is a survivor. With her headaches, and what her dad did, to living on the streets so she could make her own decisions in life. Some of them aren't great, but it ends with her joining the Honors program, which is the best thing that could've happened to her, meeting Nadim and Beatriz!
The humour that Beatriz programmed into EMITU was top notch. It just gave a look at Beatriz's personality before we got much time focused on her. Plus it was really funny to read, it was just my type of humour!

The threat that they're facing-Lifekiller-well, the threat is right there in the name. I loved watching the allies gather together, to face him together! I mean, we had the big collective at the end of Honor Bound, but man, the end of Honor Lost was so fantastic!
Loved reading this series again, it was just so good, and I need to read the rest of the books by Rachel Caine, and more by Ann Aguirre!
