Week 29 Review: Indulgence in Death

From Goodreads:
First it was a limo driver shot through the neck with a crossbow. Then it was a high-priced escort found stabbed through the heart with a bayonet.

Random hits, thrill kills, murderers with a taste for the finer things in life-and death-are making NYPSD Lieutenant Eve Dallas angry. And an angry Eve can be just as an efficient and dangerous predator as the killer.

As time runs out on another innocent victim's life, Eve's investigation will take her into the rarefied circle that her husband, Roarke, travels in-and into the perverted heart of madness...

My Review:
Such a fantastic book! Loved rereading it, though in terms of the bad guys, they kinda reminded me of the bad guys from Seduction in Death, and yeah, the title, indulgence, fits them perfectly, they were wastes of spaces, human beings!

So the idea that these guys were killing people, basically for sport, for their own personal entertainment, like a game, is abhorrent. It's gross and awful, and just so inhumane. So I was really glad to read this book, and have them taken down!

I forgot that Louise and Charles were in this book, and that's almost a good thing, because that meant that I'd forgotten their role in this book, from helping with the case, to the personal reasons! So yeah, that was great!

It was a pleasure to have those bad guys found and caught! They were just evil, and didn't care about anyone but themselves, and now they're going to get a little taste of what they deserve. Every life is precious, and they snuffed several out for fun. Evil!

Enjoyed this book a lot, so good, can't wait to reread more!
