OK, so I got 31 posts in 7 days, which is pretty decent, and I finally got that collection of author pages done, so I'm happy! Now to read and review more! What about you guys? Happy reading!

So this week I want to read Inferno, Sisters of Blood and Spirit, Illusionarium, Sunrise, Take Back the Skies, Witchrise, Altar of Eden, Burn, Tiny Pretty Things, Pleasure Bound, Iced, Burned, Cold Burn of Magic, Prisoner of Night and Fog, Conspiracy of Blood and Smoke, Feuds, Skeletal, Beautiful Chaos, Lies I Told, Crash, The Replaced, The Vision, The Ruby Circle, The Return, The Revenge Playbook, Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda, My Heart & Other Black Holes, All For You Anthology, Dead Radiance, Dead Embers, Dead Chaos, Dead Silence, and Kisscut.
In a place where ecstasy can cost you your life . . .

She's a demon-slayer who hungers for sensual pleasure-but fears it will always be denied her. Until Tayla Mancuso lands in a hospital run by demons in disguise, and the head doctor, Eidolon, makes her body burn with unslakable desire. But to prove her ultimate loyalty to her peers, she must betray the surgeon who saved her life.

Two lovers will dare to risk all.

Eidolon cannot resist this fiery, dangerous woman who fills him with both rage and passion. Not only is she his avowed enemy, but she could very well be the hunter who has been preying upon his people. Torn between his need for the truth and his quest to find his perfect mate before a horrific transformation claims him forever, Eidolon will dare the unthinkable-and let Tayla possess him, body and soul . . .
Three months before she died Daina Harrow faced a bully at school.
Six weeks before she died Daina Harrow suffered an assault in the park.
One week before she died Daina Harrow stole a secret people had killed to hide.

That was ten years ago. Ten long years.

Now, her bones have been found on a building site. A coroner's inquest has been reopened. A parade of witnesses is about to start.

And Daina's here. Watching every day as her mother cries in the courtroom. Watching every day as her friends, and her enemies, and her killers lie about her on the stand.

Watching, and making sure that no matter what the coroner hears, you know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

So help you God.
Can you afford to believe everything you see? Can you afford not to?

When Deep Down Salvage begins the hunt for the Marie Josephine off Key West, it seems like any other dive-until Genevieve Wallace sees the vision of a dead woman in the water.

A dead woman who opens her eyes and looks directly at her.

Terrified and confused, Gen is haunted by the memory. But no one, including her diving partner Thor Thompson, believes she saw what she knows she saw. Then a dead woman washes up on shore, and everyone assumes this is Genevieve's "vision." Genevieve knows better. This dead woman is definitely not the ghost she encountered but another victim of the same brutal killer.

Sensing that the threat of death is coming closer, she and Thor are forced to acknowledge that some things can't be explained but simply are. Somehow they have to link a violent past with a present-day mystery-because if they don't, the power of death will possess them, too.
Four unforgettable stories from the biggest names in romance...

Falling in love isn't on Fayrene Hopkins's schedule for at least four years, but from her very first kiss with charming Ryan Patterson, she's already "Halfway There." In Susan Mallery's Fool's Gold, some plans are made to be broken...

In Lori Foster's "Buckhorn Ever After," the last thing Nadine Moest wants is to be the latest notch on gorgeous ranger Shohn Hudson's bedpost. But Shohn is determined to win her trust — and her heart.

Kenna Starr will do anything to overcome her bad-girl past in Gena Showalter's "The One You Want." Dane Michaelson is exactly the kind of guy she needs to avoid, but he's used to getting what he wants, and he wants her.

Noah Bryant and Colbie Michaels are meant to be — at least, that's what he thinks when they keep serendipitously meeting. Now he just has to convince her they're destined for each other, in Bella Andre’s "One Perfect Night."

Week 14 Review: Instinct

From Goodreads:
Zombies, demons, vampires, shapeshifters— another day in the life of Nick Gautier– and those are just his friends. But now that he's accepted the demon that lives inside him, he must learn to control it and temper the very emotions that threaten the lives of everyone he cares for. Something that’s hard to do while trying to stay off the menus of those who want his head on a platter. And no one wants him more than the dark gods who created his race. Now that they know where he is, they will stop at nothing to reclaim him. And without knowing it, Nick has just embraced the one person he should never have trusted. The one person who will hand him over to his enemies to get back the life they lost.

Nick has finally accepted his fate, now he must learn to defy his destiny, and the dark, deadly forces that will stop at nothing to destroy everyone he loves so that they can again return to the world of man and own it.

My Review:
Loved, loved, loved this book! It's kinda funny, I was looking forward to this book, but then it's release date just passed me by, and then I suddenly remembered it-so I just had to get it, and then read it! And I was just done so quickly, because it was just so short!

Yeah, Nick was really, really awesome in this book! The whole opening with the plague doctors guys, I thought that Nick might have to bust out his demon self, sword and all, but nope, didn't happen, so while I would've loved for more people to respect Nick, well, there's more books to come!

There were just some really fantastic developments! Like, why Nick's mom is so special. But that's a bit confusing, because the book said that both of her biological parents died-but if her dad is who I think he is, he isn't dead! So I'm confused!

And how Zev and Caleb are related, well, yeah, it confuses me. But that might be because I'm confusing the parents of another character. Who is kinda important, because he's the one that told the Arcadian king about how to create the Were-Hunters, basically, the magic and stuff.

So I just recently read Dark Bites, which had a novella about how Kody's parents met for the first time. And how Caleb was there. So I forget now, if Caleb knows who Kody is? This is the evilness of series-that they're published so far apart, that I've read so many other books between, that I forget what happened in the books!

We also got to meet those two other guys, that were mentioned in Time Untime, and the end of Styxx, which was pretty cool, though it lead to some not so nice stuff fors Nick! And yeah that Nick was able to choose who his leaders of the armies were! Which is great, since Livia was the one that betrayed him that was mentioned in the synopsis!

Favourite lines: The whole book!

Totally a great instalment to this series, and yeah, I can't wait for more!

Week 14 Review: Anatomy of a Misfit

From Goodreads:
This emotional, hilarious, devastating, and ultimately triumphant YA debut, based on actual events, recounts one girl's rejection of her high school’s hierarchy—and her discovery of her true self in the face of tragedy.

Fall's buzzed-about, in-house favorite. Outside, Anika Dragomir is all lip gloss and blond hair—the third most popular girl in school. Inside, she's a freak: a mix of dark thoughts, diabolical plots, and, if local chatter is to be believed, vampire DNA (after all, her father is Romanian). But she keeps it under wraps to maintain her social position. One step out of line and Becky Vilhauer, first most popular girl in school, will make her life hell. So when former loner Logan McDonough shows up one September hotter, smarter, and more mysterious than ever, Anika knows she can't get involved. It would be insane to throw away her social safety for a nerd. So what if that nerd is now a black-leather-jacket-wearing dreamboat, and his loner status is clearly the result of his troubled home life? Who cares if the right girl could help him with all that, maybe even save him from it? Who needs him when Jared Kline, the bad boy every girl dreams of, is asking her on dates? Who?

Anatomy of a Misfit is Mean Girls meets The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Anika's hilariously deadpan delivery will appeal to readers for its honesty and depth. The so-sad-it's-funny high school setting will pull readers in, but when the story's dark foreboding gradually takes over, the devastating penultimate tragedy hits like a punch to the gut. Readers will ride the highs and lows alongside funny, flawed Anika—from laughter to tears, and everything in between.

My Review:
Oh, I really enjoyed this book! It took me just a little bit to get into it, but yeah, that was just a short little bit before I just got into it, and things just happened and happened, and it was just so great! Though there were parts that were hard for the characters!

So I loved Anika's voice, just like the synopsis said I would, because yeah, it was just really fantastic! Her brain went in strange places, which was just so entertaining! I just enjoyed everything there, though that she thought her insides were spider stew, well, shows what she thinks of herself!

Having that conflict that there's those two guys in her life, Logan the outcast, and Jared, king of the Cool Kids, basically, well, that's not fun! Especially since she has real, genuine feelings for Logan, but there's issues there, while, there's not much between her and Jared, there isn't anything keeping them apart!

So Becky is basically an a-hole, because she started a rumour that a girl was pregnant, when she wasn't, and because she started people on beating up a guy, because he didn't give her a piece of gum. Yeah. Not cool! So yeah, glad that Anika stood up to her in the end, though having what happened to Logan happen first, well, yeah. That sucked a lot!

Yeah, this was a really great, special book, and I enjoyed it so much-it was so funny!

Week 14 Review: Ghost Walk

From Goodreads:
This is no dream . . .

Nikki DuMonde's newest employee is standing at the end of her bed at four o'clock in the morning begging for help. It's a joke, right? Besides, as manager of a successful New Orleans haunted-tour company, Nikki doesn't scare easily. But in the light of day, harsh reality sets in as a police officer informs her that Andy was brutally murdered -- at the exact time Nikki swears the distraught woman was in her room.

No one believes her except Brent Blackhawk, a paranormal investigator desperately trying to forget his tragic past. Half Irish, half Lakota -- and able to communicate with the dead -- Brent is used to living in two worlds. But when he realizes the ghost of a slain government agent is also trying to reach out to Nikki, he knows that she, too, must listen to the dead . . . if she wants to keep living.

My Review:
This was a really fantastic book! And I'm making progress in this series! I'm starting on the path to getting to the spin off series! Yeah, because I've been meaning to read The Uninvited for like, forever! So I need to read these to get to that!

First off, I'd like to say, that I wish this book had given some more time to develop things. Like the suspicion between the two detectives, there was only one incident that really had that, so I wish that there'd been more! And at least the weirdness with the one guy was explained-unlike The Presence!

Really enjoyed how the ghosts were in this book, this is the first time that we really got to spend time with them, the first book had glimpses, The Presence didn't really have any talking, and yeah, this one, it had that and more, so that was great!

The mystery was the best part of this book, because yeah, the romance, just oh, yeah, we just met, so now we're going to fall in love just as quickly as we're going to go to bed together, sort of thing. But the mystery was really great!

Favourite lines: "So our fed is dead but snatching purses?" Well, that's very strange! "By the way, Nikki, make sure you're hearing Max correctly. He's telling you to celebrate, not be celibate." Teasing. Group fun! "When I got something, I'll tell you. Right now...just a feeling in my bones. Or...well, hell, where I used to have bones." Yeah. Because ghosts don't have bones!

Enjoyed this book a ton, and yeah, can't wait to read more!

The Reward Challenge Update #185

The Reward Challenge is almost the complete opposite to a book buying ban as you'll end up buying lots of new books throughout the challenge but only after you've completed a certain amount of reading. It was hosted by Good Golly Miss Holly, so thanks to her for starting it!

OK, so I read Ghost Walk which counts twice as a Prequel & Sequel Challenge 2015 Book, Anatomy of a Misfit which counts 4 times as a DAC Book, Edelweiss Book, and a SAC 2015 Book, Instinct which counts 3 times as a Prequel & Sequel Challenge 2015 Book and a WoW book.

So I have 9 counts which translates to $ this week! I'll use it to buy whatever I want to!

The Shifter is an immortal creature bound by an ancient spell to protect the kings of Samorna. When the realm is peaceful, she retreats to the Mistwod.

But when she is needed she always comes.

Isabel remembers nothing. Nothing before the prince rode into her forest to take her back to the castle. Nothing about who she is supposed to be, or the powers she is supposed to have.

Prince Rokan needs Isabel to be his Shifter. He needs her ability to shift to animal form, to wind, to mist. He needs her lethal speed and superhuman strength. And he needs her loyalty—because without it, she may be his greatest threat.

Isabel knows that her prince is lying to her, but she can't help wanting to protect him from the dangers and intrigues of the court . . . until a deadly truth shatters the bond between them.

Now Isabel faces a choice that threatens her loyalty, her heart . . . and everything she thought she knew.

Why the time hasn't come yet...
