It Feels like Christmas
OK, so I got 43 posts in 7 days, and while I didn't read too much, I watched a bit of TV, and got a few more author pages done! Now to do more! What about you guys? Happy reading!
So this week I want to read Pale Demon, A Perfect Blood, Solstice, Unstrung, Death Sworn, Death Marked, Sunrise, Polaris, Take Back the Skies, Into the Woods, Trouble on Reserve, The Darkest Minds, Ever After, Her Dark Curiosity, Liars, Inc., The Nightmare Dilemma, Beautiful Curse, The Sham, Whisper of Jasmine, City of Jasmine, The Darkest Touch, Taming the Scotsman, The Gospel of Winter, Captive, The Letting, Unbreakable, Eternal, The Undead Pool, Angels & Demons, Wither, 99 Days, Dark Metropolis, Angels in the Dark, Fallen in Love, Rapture, Sinner, The Witch With No Name, Sudden Backtrack, After Anthology, Love is a Choice, Defy the Dark Anthology, Across the Universe, Dream Dark, Beautiful Darkness, Glow, and Exquisite Captive.
Four ways to get Banished from the last surviving city on earth are: 1. Cut out your emotion tracker, 2. Join a religious cult, 3. Create a rebellion against the Legislature, 4. Fall in love.
Jezebel James does all four.
Jez is on the fast-track to becoming a brilliant scientist, with one goal—to save her city from total extinction. Her caretakers have entrusted her with a secret plan to stop the rain from flooding the rest of the earth and start civilization anew. But the more Jez learns about the price of a fresh beginning, the more she realizes that carrying out the plan will lead to few survivors, and among the dead will be those she cares about the most.
Sixteen-year-old Mya Jones is cursed.
She is, hands down, the most beautiful creature on earth. But beauty can wound, and Mya finds herself reviled and shunned by her peers. If there is even a chance that she could start over, Mya longs to take it, no matter the risks.
So when the strange Mr. Merk offers her a new life away from home, Mya is hesitant but hopeful. Only she didn't count on the mysterious Ross, or her feelings for him.
When love leads to death, be careful who you trust…
Eighteen-year-old Emily Heath would love to leave her dead-end town, known locally as "The Sham", with her boyfriend, Jack, but he's very, very sick; his body is failing and his brain is shutting down. He's also in hiding, under suspicion of murder. Six months' ago, strange signs were painted across town in a dialect no one has spoken for decades and one of Emily's classmates washed up in the local floods.
Emily has never trusted her instincts and now they're pulling her towards Jack, who the police think is a sham himself, someone else entirely. As the town wakes to discover new signs plastered across its walls, Emily must decide who and what she trusts, and fast: local vigilantes are hunting Jack; the floods, the police, and her parents are blocking her path; and the town doesn’t need another dead body.
What if the Devil doesn't know he's the Devil?
This is the question Veronica “Ronnie” Billings poses to Phoenix, her sworn enemy, the leader of the Peaceful Revolution, and the one she loves.
Kidnapped by Phoenix’s rebels, Ronnie learns how wrong she has been. She had no idea that her patriotism was wasted on a corrupt government. Ronnie was proud to be a Leader; taking hundreds of harvested girls to the Letting facility. After all, she was saving them from future Couplings and bringing them to the safety of the New World. Or so she thought…
Confused, Ronnie realizes the only way to discover the truth is to trust her heart. Together, Phoenix and Ronnie devise a plan to stop their corrupt government and preempt the dangerous rebel coup which is approaching. But when their plan goes awry, will Ronnie be strong enough to save Phoenix, her country, and herself?
The origins of the elf and demon war have been shrouded – until now. Told from a demon's point of view, join Al as he helps Newt spin the curse that caused the elven downfall… and perhaps holds the beginnings of their own reclamations.

I'm really excited when I manage to post something every day. I can't even imagine more than one post a day. I am always in awe of the number of books you read each week too. Here is my week. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteMost of my posts are memes, that I've already created the post, and just have to add the content, which sometimes is too much to do! I wish I could read more, and I will as soon as it gets too cold to work! Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading!
