A bit. Of the books that had me declaring a new favourite author-Heart of the Dragon by Gena Showalter, Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder, and many others, but those are the easy ones to list! What about you guys? Happy reading!
I think my answer is constantly changing, as my favorites list is quite large, but I love NKJemisin Broken Earth Trilogy, To Sleep in a Sea of Stars by Chris Paolini, Hugh Howey's Wool...@GetLostInLit

Something that takes to make a top favourite author for me, is that it's the book that got me hooked on an author, started them on the path of being a favourite author. So that book doesn't change.
