A little bit. A beautiful cover might have me interested, and a not so pretty cover might put me off, but I'll read it if the synopsis sounds interesting or not read it if it doesn't sound interesting, regardless of how pretty or not pretty (which is subjective) the cover is. Synopsis (and author) are my deciding factors but a good cover will make me check the blurb out.
