I read a good number of books this year, more then last year (which I don't think I'll try for next year, because I'm exhausted) but I read some really great ones! So here they are!
I read books from January to December, and of those, were the ones that I absolutely loved, be it writing, thinking about it after, how much I'm anticipating any sequels or other books by the author, or the emotions it evoked, like "I hate that villain, they're so bad! HATEHATEHATE!!!! Yep.
So here's those books in alphabetical order so there's no strangeness among them!
Next is the Songs of the Amaranthine series by Forthright, Marked by Stars, Followed by Thunder, Dragged Through Hedgerows, Governed by Whimsy, Hemmed in Silver, Captured on Film, Bathed in Moonlight, and Flattered by Flowers! Oh wow, I loved this series, I loved seeing these characters, seeing some times before the main series, and seeing more of this world! They were such captivating stories!

So first off is the In Death series by J.D. Robb, Abandoned in Death and Desperation in Death! I love this series, I love these characters and these mysteries, and as long as this series continues, this series will be on this list!
Next is the Abhsorsen series by Garth Nix, Abhorsen, The Creature in the Case, Across the Wall, The Nine Gates of Death - An Extract of the Journal of Idrach the Lesser Necromancer, To Hold the Bridge, Clariel, Goldenhand, An Essay on Free Magic: (A manuscript fragment from the Great Library of the Clayr), A Guide to the Necromancer Bells, Doctor Crake Crosses the Wall, and Terciel and Elinor! Oh man, I fell in love with this series, I loved the world, the characters, and the stories were just so fantastic!
Next is the Word$ series by Gregory Scott Katoulis, All Rights Reserved and Access Restricted! This series is just fantastic, the world is just so aggravating, and it was great to see it taken down!
Next is the Shadow Game series by Amanda Foody, Ace of Shades and King of Fools! This was such a fantastic series, I loved the world and the politics and the complexities! It was such a great read!
Next is the Argeneau series by Lynsay Sands, Immortal Rising and After the Bite and! I love this series so much, it's so much fun, I love the romance, and of course, the uniqueness of the lore!
Next is the Aldebarian Alliance series by Dianne Duvall, The Purveli and The Aleski! Oh man, I love this series so much, I love her writing, these couples, and the humour are just so fantastic! I love these stories so much!
Next is All Of Us Villians by Amanda Foody and Christine Lynn Herman! This book was dark and twisted, I loved the world, the characters, and the story was just so fantastic!
Next is the Spoiler Alert series by Olivia Dead, All the Feels and Ship Wrecked! This series is just so wonderful, I love the representation, I love the romance, and they're just fantastic reads!
Nextis All Signs Point to Yes Anthology! I loved these stories, and the variety of representation, and they were a delight to read!
Next is the Newsflesh series by Mira Grant, Apocalypse Scenario #683: The Box, Countdown, San Diego 2014: The Last Stand of the California Browncoats, All the Pretty Little Horses, Everglades, Feed, Fed, and Deadline! I love this series so much, it's creepy and amazing, and I love the stories so much! And of course the writing is top notch!
Next is Alone Out Here by Riley Redgate! This was such a great sci fi survival story! I loved the characters, and it was such a great read!
Next is the Supernatural Investigations series by B.B. Alston, Amari and the Night Brothers and Amari and the Great Game! I loved this series, the diversity, the world, the magic, and the story! And oh, the frustration that she faced for who she was! They were such great reads, and I'm so excited for the 3rd book!
Next is Anatomy by Dana Schwartz! I loved this book, of medicine and body stealing, and it was such an atmospheric and fantastic read!
Next is the Atlantis series by Gena Showalter, Heart of the Dragon, Jewel of Atlantis, The Nymph King, The Vampire's Bride, and The Amazon's Curse! I will always hold this series near and dear, and I love everything about it from the writing to the story to the characters! It's just so great to read!
Next is the InCryptid series by Seanan McGuire, Spelunking Through Hell: A Visitor's Guide to the Underworld, And Sweep Up the World, Backpacking Through Bedlam, and The Mysteries of the Stolen God and Where His Waffles Went! I just love Seanan McGuire's writing, I love the worlds that she creates, and this series is so great with the cryptids, and the complexities of the politics, and they're amazing stories!
Next is the October Daye series by Seanan McGuire, When Sorrows Come, And With Reveling, Be the Serpent, and Such Dangerous Seas! This is another amazing series by Seanan McGuire, and oh, I love this world of the Fae, and how much this series is doing, it's so incredible!
Next is the Ghost Roads series by Seanan McGuire, Good Girls Go to Heaven, Sparrow Hill Road, Train Yard Blues, The Girl in the Green Silk Gown, and Angel of the Overpass! And another series by Seanan McGuire, set in same world as the InCryptid, but focusing on the ghost worlds, and oh, was it so entertaining, I loved this focus on Rose!
Next is Any Sign of Life by Rae Carson! I loved this apocalypse novel and how things worked, I loved this cast of characters, and it was so fantastic to read!
Next is Arch-Conspirator by Veronica Roth! I loved reading this book, the characters were fantastic, and I absolutely hated this world and how it treated them! It was such a great story!
Next is Archangel's Resurrection by Nalini Singh! Oh, this was an amazing read, I loved this couple and their story, and oh, it was an amazing read! I loved the scope of this story, it was so great to read!
Next is the Tiger at Midnight series by Swati Teerdhala! The Tiger at Midnight, The Archer at Dawn, and The Chariot at Dusk! Oh, this series was so fantastic, I loved the world and these characters and the story and how complex it was! They were such great stories!
Nex is As I Descended by Robin Talley! This was dark and twisted! Loved these characters and how the story unfolded!
Next is As If On Cue by Marisa Kanter! This was such a fun story, I really enjoyed watching this story unfold!
Next is the There Will Come a Darkness series by Katy Rose Pool, As the Shadow Rises and Into the Dying Light! Oh, wow, this series was so great, I loved all the complicated situations that they had to deal with, these characters were so amazing and I loved reading their stories in this world!
Next is the Near Witch series by Victoria Schwab, The Ash-Born Boy and The Near Witch! Oh, these stories were haunting and heartbreaking, and I loved this world, they were both such excellent reads!
Next is the Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa, Winter's Passage, The Iron Daughter, The Iron Queen, Summer's Crossing, Ash's Letter to Meghan, The Iron Knight, An Iron Fey Valentine, Iron's Prophecy, and The Iron Legends! I love this series, the concept is just so original, and I love these characters and their adventures!
Next is the Gaming the System series by Brenna Aubrey, Girl Geek, At Any Price, At Any Price Bonus, At Any Turn, and At Any Moment! I love this series, I love these characters and I love their romances, and watching them work through their issues!
Next is The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake! I loved this world, the plot was so intriguing, and I loved these characters so much!
Next is the Seraphina series by Rachel Hartman, The Audition, Seraphina, and Shadow Scale! Oh man, I love this series so much, the world and these characters are near and dear, and I just adore this series!
Next is the Krewe of Hunter series by Heather Graham, Sound of Darkness and Aura of Night! This series is so great, I love these agents who can see ghosts, the mysteries they investigate and the romances that they have!
Next is Awake by Natasha Preston! This was such a great mystery, I enjoyed the characters and the story, and it was a really compelling mystery!
Next is the Monstress series by Marjorie M. Liu, Illustrated by Sana Takeda, Awakening, The Blood, Haven, The Chosen, Warchild, Talk-Stories #1, Talk-Stories #2, The Vow, and Devourer! Yeah, this series is a top read of 2022, this series was dark and brutal, but oh, so great to read! I was obsessed with this world, and the characters and their stories were compelling!
Next is the Sunshine Vicrum by Darynda Jones, A Bad Day for Sunshine, A Good Day for Chardonnay, and A Hard Day for a Hangover! I love this series so much, it's so entertaining, I love the humour, and these characters and amazing they are, and the mysteries! They're so great to read!
Next is the Witcher series by Andrzej Sapkowski, Blood of Elves, The Time of Contempt, and Baptism of Fire! This series is so fantastic, I adore these characters, and the stories are just incredible, I love the scope of the world and the history!
Next is the Tempting Monsters series by Kathryn Moon, A Lady of Rooksgrave Manor, The Basilisk of Star Manor, The Company of Fiends, and A Lady of Rooksgrave Manor! I loved this world, the monsters and their want of love, and these characters were just so fantastic and I loved their stories!
Next is Battle of the Linguist Mages by Scotto Moore! This book was weird and wild, and I had a fantastic time reading it!
Next is the House-Flipper Mystery series by Batten Down the Belfry and Primer and Punishment! I love this series, of house flipping and mysteries! And I adore these characters!
Next is the Beautiful Bastard series by Christina Lauren, Beautiful Bastard, Beautiful Bitch, and Beautiful Stranger! I loved starting this series again, I love these characters and their romances, Christina Lauren really know how to hook a reader in a story!
Next is Being Mary Bennet by J. C. Peterson! This was such an amazing read, I enjoyed the characters, and the idea of being more like Mary then Elizabeth Bennet! It was a really great story!
Next is Belladonna by Adalyn Grace! This book was dark and amazing and I loved the world and the magic and the characters!
Next is the STEMinist Novellas series by Ali Hazelwood, Under One Roof, Stuck With You,and Below Zero! I adore these character and their romance, and of course the science! These were written to be easy to devour, and I loved them!
Next is the Lord John Grey series by Diana Gabaldon, The Scottish Prisoner, A Plague of Zombies, and Besieged! This series is so great, I love Lord John Grey, and I loved these adventure mysteries that he went on!
Next is Beyond the End of the World by Amie Kaufman and Megan Spooner! This was a fantastic sequel, I loved where the story went, it was compelling and I couldn't put it down! And oh, I really despised the bad guys!
Next is the Deepwoods Saga by Honor Raconteur, Deepwoods, Blackstone, Origins, Fallen Ward, and Jioni! I loved this world, I loved the magic, the characters, and the humour! I just absolutely love Honor Raconteur's writing, and these books were so fantastic!
Next is Blade Breaker by Victoria Aveyard! This was such an entertaining sequel, I loved seeing more of these characters on this adventure, and oh, I was rooting for them to beat the bad guys!
Next is Blackout Anthology! This was a really great, unique anthology, how these characters were all connected in some form or another, their different romances, and how they all end up at this block party! It was a really fantastic read!
Next is Blood Like Fate by Liselle Sambury! This was an amazing, epic reading, I loved being back int hsi world, with these characters, with this magic and the politics and history and the events of the last book! It was such an incredible read!
Next is Blood Scion by Deborah Falaye! This book was hard and harsh and hard to read and so very excellent! There was so much tension, of what they were being forced to do, the fear of getting caught, and it was so unfair that they were being treated like that! This book just really raised my emotions!
Next is Bloodmarked by Tracy Deonn! Oh wow, this was a fantastic sequel, I loved being in this world again, it was so creative and amazing, and I adore these characters, and it was an amazing story!
Next is Bond of Passion by Larissa Ione! This was a really great addition to the series, I loved this couple and their circumstances and what they added to the world!
Next is The Bone Orchard by Sara A. Mueller! This was such a great political read, with such fantastic magic and history and I adored the characters and hated they were being treated like that! And oh, the twists and turns were amazing!
Next is Book of Night by Holly Black! This was a really entertaining read, I loved the world and the magic and these characters, and the adventure that they went on!
Next is the Eve of Destruction series by Sherrilyn McQueen, Eve of Destruction and Born of Blood! I love this world, and I loved these couples and their stories and I hated the odds against them, and they were just excellent reads!
Next is the Fix-It Witches series by Ann Aguirre, Boss Witch and Extra Witchy! This series is so cute and so much fun, I loved these couples and their romances, and the developments in the world! They were so easy to read!
Next is Breaking Sky by Cori McCarthy! This was a compelling read, I loved the world and the flying and the politics and history of the world and the sides fighting in this battle! It was such a great read!
Next is Breaking Time by Sasha Alsberg! This was a really fantastic read, I loved the time travel and how it worked, and I loved these characters and their romance!
Next is the Kingmaker Chronicles series by Amanda Bouchet, A Promise of Fire, Breath of Fire, Heart on Fire, and A Curse of Queens! This series is so great, I love the characters, I love this world and the magic, and I have such a great time with the stories! I love Amanda Bouchet's writing!
Next is Brimstone and Roses by Mei Rothschild! This is an amazing Webtoon, I love the representation, I love the world, and I love these characters and their story!
Next is Broken Throne by Victoria Aveyard! This was a fantastic collection of stories in this world, I loved seeing these moments, and learning these facts about the various countries and their histories!
Next is the Bromance Book Club series by Lyssa Kay Adams, The Bromance Book Club, Undercover Bromance, Crazy Stupid Bromance, Isn't It Bromantic?, and A Very Merry Bromance! This is such a great series, I love the concept of this group of guys turning to romance novels to learn how to relate to their significant others, and the ups and downs of the relationships! And oh, the humour, they're such great reads!
Next is the Nevada Baylor Trilogy series by Ilona Andrews, Burn for Me, Rogan's POV 1, Rogan's POV 2, White Hot, Wildfire, Rogan's POV 3, and Diamond Fire! I love this series, I love this world, I love these characters, and their stories and romance, and I absolutely love Ilona Andrews writing!
Next is Cackle by Rachel Harrison! This book was creepy and awesome and I had a great time getting to know these characters and this story!
Next is The Caged Queen by Kristen Ciccarelli! This was a compelling read, I loved the stakes, and the politics and the world, and I couldn't get enough of this book!
Next is the Camelot Rising series by Kiersten White series, The Excalibur Curse and The Camelot Betrayal! Oh, this series was dark and so very good! The stakes were so high, I loved the characters, and their stories, and the choices that they had to make!
Next is the Artifactor series by Honor Raconteur, The Child Prince, The Dreamer's Curse, Crossroads, The Scofflaw Magician, The Canard Case, and The Fae Artifactor! Another fantastic Honor Raconteur series, I loved this world and it's magic, and the adventures that happened, the humour, and the writing, of course!
Next is the Gargoyle Queen series by Jennifer Estep, Capture the Crown, Tear Down the Throne, and Conquer the Kingdom! I love this series, I love these characters and their story and seeing more of the world, and the twists and turns of the plot!
Next is Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth! This was such a great read, I loved this world and these characters and the stakes, and I can't wait to read the sequel!
Next is Cast in Eternity by Michelle Sagara! I love this world so much, and these characters, and the stories, and the writing! This latest installment was a fantastic mystery, and I had such a great time reading it!
Next is the Faery Bargains series by Melissa Marr, Champagne & Commitments and The Hexed & the Hunted! I love this series so much, it's so easy to binge, and I loved these stories and these characters, and they were such compelling reads and I loved how everything wrapped up!
Next is the A Catskills Pet Rescue Mystery series by Deborah Blake, Doggone Deadly and Claws for Suspicion! This series is so fantastic, I love the mystery's, and I loved watching these characters deal with these cases! Plus the writing is so fantastic! And oh, the bad guys were awful, they didn't deserve to die, but they needed some comeuppance!
Next is Clown in a Cornfield 2: Frendo Lives by Adam Cesare! This book was creepy and amazing, and I loved watching them deal with the fallout of the first book, and the bad guys were just awful! It was a pretty hilarious read!
Net is Cold, Cold Bones by Kathy Reichs! I love this series so much, and this latest mystery was fantastic, I loved the twists and turns, and spending this time with Tempe!
Next is Cold Fury by T.M. Goeglein! This book was so fantastic, this world and the powers are so unique, and it was such a compelling read!
Next is the Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr, Cold Iron Heart and Wicked Lovely! This series so fantastic, I love this world of the Fae, and the rules, and the twists and turns, Melissa Marr really knows how to write a great story!
Next is the Catalina Baylor Trilogy series by Ilona Andrews, Sapphire Flames, A Misunderstanding, Pay Me, Emerald Blaze, The Cool Aunt, and Ruby Fever! Ilona Andrew's writing is so great, I love the worlds, and this world in particular, and I loved this couple and their story!
Next is A Court of Sugar and Spice by Rebecca F. Kenney! This was a really great retelling, I loved how the story was mixed with the original, and the changes made to make it it's own story! And I adored the romance!
Next is the Bloodline Vampire series by Katee Robert, Sacrifice, Heir, Queen, and Court of the Vampire Queen! These were so fantastic reads, I loved the world, the characters and their relationships, and the smut, and all the political machinations! Katee Robert writes such easy to devour stories and I love her writing!
Next is The Cousins by Karen M. McManus! This was a fantastic mystery, I loved the twists and turns, and I cared about these characters, and the final twist was amazing!
Next is The Cradle of Ice by James Rollins! This book was so amazing, this world is so cool and I love these characters! James Rollins writes such great adventures!
Next is the Selection series by Kiera Cass, The Queen, The Prince, The Selection, The Elite, The Guard, The Favorite, The One, The Epilogue, The Maid, Happily Ever After, The Heir, The Crown, and The Crown Epilogue! I love this series, these characters made me care for them, and I love their stories, the tense emotions as they were dealing with their romances with the high stakes!
Next is A Cruel and Fated Light by Ashley Shuttleworth! This was a fantastic sequel, so much happened, and I loved exploring more of the world and spending this time with these characters! And that ending was evil, and has me excited for book 3!
Next is the Crown of Shards series by Jennifer Estep, Kill the Queen, Protect the Prince, and Crush the King! This series is so badass, I love her journey, and I love her and the gang of characters she becomes a part of and gathers to her! The bad guys are just so terrible! I just adore Jennifer Estep's writing and stories!
Next is the Graveminder series by Melissa Marr, Graveminder, Guns for the Dead, and Cursed by Death! This series was amazing, I love this world of ghosts and graveminders, and the mysteries were so compelling and I loved reading about these characters!
Next is Dance of Thieves by Mary E. Pearson! This was a great continuation in this world, I loved these new characters, seeing how the world has changed since the end of the series, and it was an amazing story!
Next is the Bargainer series by Laura Thalassa, Rhapsodic, A Strange Hymn, The Emperor of Evening Stars, and Dark Harmony! I loved the world and the magic, these characters and their romance, and I just couldn't put them down, the writing was just so enticing!
Next is Dark Rise by C.S. Pacat! This book was incredible, and just shy of my top reads of the year! I loved everything about it, the world and the characters and the story, and oh man, the twists and turns were spectacular! That ending was just evil, and I need a 2nd book now!
Next is the Immortals After Dark series by Kresley Cole, Lothaire, Shadow's Claim, MacRieve, Dark Skye, Sweet Ruin, Shadow's Seduction, Wicked Abyss, and Munroe! This series is just so fantastic, the world and the lore is so great, and I loved these characters and their romances, and the troubles that they get into, and how they get out of them!
Next is The Darkest Part of the Forest by Holly Black! This was such an atmospheric read, I loved this world (though apparently it's the same one for all of her faerie stories) and I loved these characters, and all the twists and turns of the story!
Next is the Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter, The Darkest Pleasure, The Darkest Prison, and The Darkest Whisper! I love this series so much, it's so interesting and creative, and I love these characters and their stories and their romances!
Next is The Dating Game by Kiley Roache! I loved these characters and the story, and I just couldn't put it down, it was so interesting!
Next is Daughter by Kate McLaughlin! This was a fantastic story, I hated that she had to go through it, and I cared about her and her struggles! Plus the writing was great!
Next is Daughter of Redwinter by Ed McDonald! This was such a great fantasy book, with an interesting magic system and complex history and politics, and I loved these characters, and hated what they were facing!
Next is the 100 series by Kass Morgan, The 100 and Day 21! I love this world, I love these characters, and I had a great time reading their story, since I loved the show!
Next is Dead Little Mean Girl by Eva Darrows! This was such a great story, knowing something bad was going to happen, I felt for these characters, and it dealt really well with the mean girl being a real person! Such a great read!
Next is The Dead Queens Club by Hannah Capin! Loved reading this book, I loved these characters, and the mystery was so fantastic! And oh, I despised the bad guy once we knew what was going on!
Next is The Dead Romantics by Ashley Poston! Loved reading this book, loved these characters and the romance, wondering how there could be a happy ending!
Next is Dead Man's Hand by James J. Butcher! This was such a great book with an interesting magic system, and characters I loved, and a story I couldn't put down!
Next is the Scholomance series by Naomi Novi, A Deadly Education, The Last Graduate, and The Golden Enclave! This series so fantastic, I loved reading the whole thing, I love everything about it, the world, the characters, the story, the writing, and El's dry narration, it's just so freaking amazing!
Next is Dear Haiti, Love Alaine by Maika Moulite and Maritza Moulite! This was a really great book about heritage, and I loved this story about a girl discovering her roots!
Next is the Four Horsemen series by Laura Thalassa, Pestilence, War, Famine, Death, and Famine's Homecoming! I love this series, the concept was so cool, and I loved these characters and their romances! And the writing was just so addicting!
Next is the The Case Files of Henri Davenforth series by Honor Raconteur, Death Over the Garden Wall and This Potion is Da Bomb! I love this series so much, I love her writing, and I love these characters and their lives, and watching them investigate these crimes! They're such fantastic books!
Next is the Sword and Fire series by Melissa Caruso, The Tethered Mage, The Defiant Heir, and The Unbound Empire! This series is so epic, I love these characters, I love this world and the magic system, and the politics were so complex, and the hard questions that the characters had to face, given the stakes!
Next is Devils Unto Dust by Emma Berquist! This was a great historical dystopian, I loved these characters dealing with this world, with this quest, and I really disliked her dad!
Next is Dig Two Graves by Gretchen McNeil! This was a fantastic mystery, I loved the twists and the turns, and I felt so badly for these characters!
Next is the A Chorus of Dragons series by Jenn Lyons, The Ruin of Kings, The Name of All Things, The Memory of Souls, The House of Always, and The Discord of Gods! This series is a top read of 2022, the world and the scope is just so huge and epic! It was so complicated and strange, and I loved these characters, and they were just so addicting to read! I love everything about this series and I can't say enough good about it!
Next is Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross! This was a fantastic story, I loved the world and the characters, and I couldn't get enough of the writing!
Next is Don't Even Think About It by Sarah Mlynowski! This was a really great book, I loved the fact that they had these abilities, and all the emotions of a high school class compounded by reading each others thoughts! It was such a hilarious read!
Next is the Sirantha Jax series by Ann Aguirre, Wanderlust, Doubleblind, and Killbox! This series is so fantastic, I love the world and these characters, and the adventures that they go on!
Next is the A Deal With a Demon series by Katee Robert, The Dragon's Bride and The Kraken's Sacrifice! These books are spicy and I love the writing, adore these characters and their romances, and the ups and downs in their relationships!
Next is the Unstoppable series by Charlie Jane Anders, Victories Greater Than Death and Dreams Bigger Than Heartbreak! This series is so great, I love to hate about the odds against them, and I adore these characters, and these adventures that they go on!
Next is the Married to Magic series by Elise Kova, A Duel With the Vampire Lord and A Duel With the Vampire Lord Bonus Scene! I love this series, and I loved this latest couple and their relationship and the odds against them! It was a thrilling read and the twists and turns were so excellent!
Next is Dusk or Dark or Dawn or Day by Seanan McGuire! This was such a fantastic ghost story, I loved these characters, and I loved how the rules worked, and it was an amazing read with quality writing!
Next is Echo North by Joanna Ruth Meyer! This was a fantastic retelling, I love how it was original, the characters were so great, and there were some really great twists, and the writing was so evocative!
Next is the Starlight's Shadow series by Jessie Mihalik, Honor and Shadows, Hunt the Stars, and Eclipse the Moon! I love this series, this sci fi world with this team of ex-soldiers, and the romances and politics that they they deal with,these adventures, are so great to read!
Next is Edgewood by Kristen Ciccarelli! This book was so atmospheric, I loved the writing, and this fae world, and the adventures that they had!
Next is the Dark Olympus series by Katee Robert, Stone Heart, Hades and Hades, Electric Idol, and Wicked Beauty! This is another top series of the year for me, I love this world, and the politics, and these characters and their romances are so great! They're real people, and they have some unreal problems, and they're so addicting to read, I love Katee Robert's writing!
Next is Elatsoe by Darcie Little Badger! This was an amazing read, I loved these characters and the mystery, and this world with these various magics, and I hated the bad guy, he was just so entitled and awful!
Next is the The Singing Hills Cycle series by Nghi Vo, The Empress of Salt and Fortune, When the Tiger Came Down the Mountain, and Into the Riverlands! This was a really fantastic series, I loved the idea of this cleric traveling around, gathering stories, and the various events that happen to them along the way, as these stories are being told, and the various ways that they've been told!
Next is the Razorland series Foundation, Enclave, Endurance, Outpost, Restoration, Horde, and Vanguard! I love this series, it's grim, but I love these characters as they deal with how deadly their world is, and how they try to make it safer! They're just excellent reads and they're so easy to devour, I just love Ann Aguirre's writing!
Next is the Nevermore series by Kelley Creagh, Nevermore and Enshadowed! These books are dark and atmospheric, and I love these characters and their romance, and the odds against them!
Next is the Witch King series by H.E. Edgmon, The Witch King and The Fae Keeper! This was a really fantastic duology, I loved these characters and their stories, I loved the representation and hated the unfairness of the world,and they were wonderful reads!
Next is the Queen of Tearling series by Ericka Johansen, The Invasion of Tearling and The Fate of Tearling! I love this series, I love these characters, and this world is so great, and the layers that build, and the politics and maneuvering is so fantastic to read!
Next is Fateful by Claudia Gray! This is a fantastic read, it's so quick and addicting because the writing is excellent, and I love the characters and this setting was perfect for this story, adding so much tension!
Next is the Inheritance Games series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, The Inheritance Games, The Hawthorne Legacy, and The Final Gambit! I love this series so, so much, it's a definite top favourite of mind! Everything about it is wonderful, the writing, the characters, the mysteries, the twists and turns! They were such fantastic reads!
Next is Finlay Donovan Jumps the Gun by Elle Cosimano! This was such a hilarious read, I love the concept and these characters, and the troubles that they get themselves into and out of! And the mystery was really entertaining to read!
Next is Fire of the Frost Anthology! This collection of stories was so great, I loved taking this time in these worlds, and these characters and their romances!
Next is Firestorm by Iris Johansen! This was such a great read, I loved their powers and how they worked, and these characters and their romance, and watching them fight against this awful bad guy!
Next is the Tomes of Kaleria series by Honor Raconteur, Tomes Apprentice, First of Tomes, and Master of Tomes! I adore everything about this series so much, besides the fact that there's only 3 books. I love the writing of course, these characters and their stories, and everything about these books! I can't gush enough good things about this series, it's so addicting!
Next is Five Survive by Holly Jackson! This was a really fantastic thriller, I loved the atmosphere, and these characters and the mystery was so compelling, I couldn't put it down!
Next is Flip the Script by Lyla Lee! This was a really great romance, I loved these characters and their situation, and how they dealt with it!
Next is the WIlderwood series by Hannah Whitten, For the Wolf and For the Throne! I love this duology, I love the scope of the world and the richness of the history, and the rules of how things worked, and these characters, and the tight bonds that tie all of them together!
Next is A Forgery of Roses by Jessica S. Olson! This was a really fantastic read, I loved the world and how the abilities worked, I loved these characters, and the mystery was so interesting!
Next is the Amaranthine Saga series by Forthright, Tsumiko and the Enslaved Fox, Kimiko and the Accidental Proposal, Fumiko and the Finicky Nestmate, and Pimiko and the Uncharted Island! I adore this series, it's just so cozy, and everything is just so great! I love this world and the richness of the detail, and these characters and their situations, I just root for them! They're really such enjoyable reads!
Next is Game Changer by Neal Shusterman! This book was so unique, and I loved watching him explore these different lives with the different choices he was making, some of the hardships that he witnessed and experienced that he didn't in his own life, and it was just an incredible read!
Next is the Jane Ladling series by Gena Showalter and Jill Monroe, No Gravestone Left Unturned, Game of Gravestones, and Twelve Graves of Christmas! This was such a fun series to read, I love their writing, and I loved this cast of characters and the methods that they have of investigating, it was just hilarious, and I of course love the romance as well!
Next is the Cage series by Megan Shepard, The Hunt and The Gauntlet! These were two really fantastic books, I loved to hate this world, it was so interesting, and I was rooting for these cast of characters to make it out okay!
Next is Gearbreakers by Zoe Hana Mikuta! Man, this was an epic read, I loved watching these characters deal with everything going on in their world, and it was just bad ass, and I'm so excited to read more!
Next is Getaway With Murder by Diane Kelly! This was a fantastic mystery, I loved these characters and their story, and the way that they're a part of this investigation, it was a really great read!
Next is the Stitch of Time series by Kelley Armstrong, A Turn of the Tide and Ghosts & Garlands! I love this series so much, the concept of a stitch that lets you go to the past, and the adventures that have have previously occurred been amazing, and this latest couple was so great, and I loved their adventures and how they dealt with them! And of course I love the writing!
Next is Gideon Green in Black and White by Katie Henry! This was a really great read, I loved these characters and their quirks, and watching them investigate this case, it was a pretty hilarious read, and I had a really great time reading it!
Next is the Touch of Taboo series by Katee Robert, Your Dad Will Do, Your Dad Will Do Bonus Short,
Gifting Me to His Best Friend, Gifting Me to His Best Friend Bonus Short, My Dad's Best Friend, My Dad's Best Friend Bonus Short, Seducing My Guardian, and Seducing My Guardian Bonus Short!
These romances that are just a little bit taboo were so addicting to read, I loved these various couples and their stories, and the writing was just so compelling! 
Next is The Girl from Shadow Springs by Ellie Cypher! This book was so amazing, I loved this world and these characters and the adventure that they went on, and the stakes that were against them!
Next is the Immortal Game series by Ann Aguirre, The Girl in the Gray Sweatshirt, Mortal Danger, Public Enemies, and Infinite Risk! Wow, I loved this series so much! The world and the rules were so interesting, and the concept with the making a better life for yourself, getting revenge! And just how complex the world got, it was incredible, there were hard choices, and it was so amazing to read!
Next is The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea by Axie Oh! This is a top read of 2022, I was just obsessed with everything about it! The characters and their stories, in this incredibly detailed world, and the lush writing, I just couldn't get enough, it was a amazing read!
Next is the Girls of Paper and Fire series by Natasha Ngan, Girls of Paper and Fire, Girls of Storm and Shadow and Girls of Fate and Fury! This series is a top read of 2022, it was just incredible! I loved to hate on the world, it was so awful for our characters, and I loved these characters and their love, and man, I just devoured these books because the writing and everything was just top notch!
Next is the Magnus Pack series by Shelly Laurenston, Go Fetch! and Here Kitty, Kitty!! These books were just so great, I love this world of shifters, and I loved these characters and their romances, and the humour was just off the charts! Oh, and the situations that they get themselves into!
Next is Go Hunt Me by Kelly deVos! This was such a great mystery thriller, I couldn't get enough of these characters in this isolated setting with the creepy things going on! It was so well done, and that ending was just epic!
Next is the Off Campus series by Elle Kennedy, The Mistake, The Pact, The Score, The Incident, The Goal, and The Legacy! I love this series, they're such compelling romances, I couldn't get enough of these characters and their stories and the ups and downs of their relationships, and they were so much fun to read!
Next is Gods & Monsters by Shelby Mahurin! This was an amazing end to the series, I loved how everything wrapped up! Being with these characters and dealing with the end of that evil ending of the 2nd book was just great, and it was such a great story!
Next is The Graces by Laure Eve! I loved reading this book, the world and the characters were interesting, and I had a really great time with this story!
Next is The Graveside Bar and Grill by Darynda Jones! This was an excellent read in this series, I loved seeing these wonderful characters find a happy ending, and the adventure that they have while they do so!
Next is The Hating Game by Sally Thorne! This book was amazing, these characters and the antics that they get into, the competitions, and falling in love, was so fantastic and hilarious to read!
Next is Heat Wave by T.J. Klune! Loved reading this book, it was a fantastic end to the series, loved the adventures that these amazing characters had! It was such an epic read, and I continue to love the hilarity and the representation in this series!
Next is Heir to the Sky by Amanda Sun! This was an amazing read, I loved this world and the rules and the history, and I loved these characters and the aventure that they went on!
Next is Here There are Monsters by Amelinda Bérubé! This book was dark and twisted and atmospheric, and I loved watching these characters deal with everything that was going on!
Next is Heroic Hearts Anthology! I loved this collection of stories, I loved the different worlds that we got to see more of, of new and old characters, and there were many a fantastic adventure!
Next is Hide by Kiersten White! This book was creepy and awesome, I loved this isolated setting and the characters and watching their fight to stay alive!
Next is Highland Wolf by Lynsay Sands! This was another hilarious and wonderful read in this series, I loved these characters and their situation and watching them fall in love while dealing with these various threats!
Next is the Winterspell series by Claire Legrand, Summerfall, Winterspell, and Homecoming! This was a fantastic series, I loved these characters and watching them deal with these threats, and in this nutcracker retelling, how it was different, and it was so wonderful to read!
Next is Hooked by Emily McIntire! This was a great retelling of this story, I loved how it was different from the original, and I loved these characters and their romance!
Next is the Tir Alainn series by Anne Bishop, The Pillars of the World, Shadow and Light, and House of Gaian! Man, this series is a top read as well! I love Anne Bishop's writing, and the worlds she creates are so imaginative! I loved these characters and I hated what they were up against, and they were such compelling stories!
Next is House of Sky and Breath by Sarah J. Maas! This book was so epic, I adore Sarah J. Mass's writing! I loved spending more time in this world with these characters, and all the plots and politics that they were dealing with! It was complicated and itw as amazing, and that ending was utterly evil, and I can't wait for the next book!
Next is I Am Margaret Moore by Hannah Capin! This book was dark and sad, and I loved this group of friends and this summer together, and watching the mystery unfold!
Next is I Kissed Shara Wheeler by Casey McQuiston! I adored this book, I loved the representation in an area where it's frowned upon, to fight back against that unfairness! I loved these characters and their stories, unraveling the clues that Shara left, and the romance was just top notch!
Next is Ice by Sarah Beth Durst! This book was just as great the second go around, I loved this unique retelling, the way the world works, these characters and their romance, it was adorable and I loved it!
Next is If You Could See the Sun by Ann Liang! This was such a great read, I loved the idea of loneliness and not being seen giving you powers, and the events that followed on from that were so great with these fantastic characters!
Next is An Impossible Impostor by Deanna Raybourn! This latest mystery was so great to watch them investigate and how this case tied back into her history, and I love these characters so much, and I loved the updates in their lives!
Next is Improbable Magic for Cynical Witches by Kate Scelsa! This was such an adorable read, I loved these characters, and I hated what she went through, that was so very unfair! And this slight bit of magic, it was just a fantastic read!
Next is the Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire, In Mercy, Rain and Lost in the Moment and Found! This series is so great, and I loved exploring this part of the world, though it was not easy, and seeing more of existing places! They were such great, compelling story from an excellent writer!
Next is the Tess of the Road series by Rachel Hartman, Tess of the Road and In the Serpent's Wake! I love this series so much, I love exploring more of this world, and seeing these characters and the adventures they have, and the emotions that they bring up, dealing with grief in the first, and everything that colonialism brings up in the second!
Next is The Infinity of You & Me by J.Q. Coyle! Loved reading this book, with the different realities, and these characters and their different lives and their stories!
Next is The Inheritance of Orquídea Divina by Zoraida Córdova! This was a fantastic story about a family, and I loved the different relationships they all had with each other, with the mystery of their grandmother's past!
and Into the Bright Unknown! This series is so fantastic, I loved the idea of a girl who could seek gold, during the middle of the Gold Rush, and th eadventures that she has, the gang that forms around her with their relationships, and the battles and unfairness that they have to face!
Next is Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao! This book is a top read of 2022! It brought up all the emotions, I was very invested in these characters, and I loved exploring this world and watching them fight up against it! The fact that she's an angry girl with due cause, fight back was so amazing! I loved the reveals, and I loved the representation, and I'm dying for the second book!
Next is the Rooks and Ruin series by Melissa Caruso, The Obsidian Tower, The Quicksilver Court, and The Ivory Tomb! This series was so fantastic, I loved exploring this part of the world, and the cast of characters was amazing, and watching them deal with this scope of a threat, and all the hard questions that they had to face, from all the different forces that they had to deal with! It was so excellent to read!
Next is Jade Fire Gold by June CL Tan! Loved reading this book for the world, and the politics, and these characters and what they were fighting for!
Next is Josh and Hazel's Guide for Not Dating by Christina Lauren! This was such a fun read, I loved these characters and their romance, and all the antics that they got up to!
Next is Katara and the Pirate's Silver by Faith Erin Hicks and Peter Wartman, Illustrated by Adele Matera! I loved spending time in this world, and with Katara without the rest of the gang, and the adventure she had was so much fun to read!
Next is Kate in Waiting by Becky Albertalli! This was a really great book, I loved these characters and the situations that they were in, and the romance was great to read!
Next is Killer Content by Kiley Roache! This was such a great mystery! I loved this cast of characters, and watching the case unfold, and the twists and reveals that they were keeping, and how it all went down!
Next is Killers of a Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn! The whole concept of this book about aged assassins having their employers want to take them out-and so they retaliate, is so fantastic, and I loved watching it play out! These characters and their relationships with one another, and the clever ways that they had of killing people were so fantastic to read!
Next is The Kindred by Alechia Dow! I loved reading this book, seeing more of this galaxy that is being created, and watching these amazing characters have their adventures and fall in love!
Next is Kingdom of Bones by James Rollins! This was another amazing thriller in this series, I loved watching them deal with this threat, and how the past is informing them, and all the action! It's just such a great time to read!
Next is Kiss Hard by Nalini Singh! I loved reading this book, I loved these two and their romance, and how competitive they were with one another, it was just a sweet and hilarious read that I couldn't put down because it was so well written!
Next is The Lake House by Sarah Beth Durst! This was an amazing and atmospheric read! I loved these characters as they were dealing with survival, and finding out the heck was going on! I loved how resourceful they were, and the relationships that they built!
Next is League of Liars by Astrid Scholte! This was a fantastic read, I loved this world and getting to know it was fantastic, and watching these characters deal with the secrets they were keeping and were being kept from them, it was an amazing book that needs a sequel!
Next is the Legends and Lattes series by Travis Baldree, Pages to Fill and Legends & Lattes! This was such an easy book and short story to read, low fantasy is such a great idea! I loved this world and this concept of a retired warrior opening a coffee shop, and it was such a fun and delightful read!
Next is The Library of Lost Things by Laura Taylor Namey! This was a fantastic read, I loved reading about these characters and their situation, with her anxiety of her mother's hoarding, and it was an amazing read!
Next is Lies Like Poison by Chelsea Pitcher! Wow, this was a fantastic read, I loved reading about these characters and the secrets that they were keeping, and the relationships that they had with one another, and watching the mystery unfold!
Next is Life is Short and Then You Die Anthology! This was such a fantastic collection of stories, I loved the various ways that the theme of death was incorporated, from the detective, the victim, and the murderer! It was so easy to devour, they were really well written and captivating stories!
Next is A Light in the Flame by Jennifer L. Armentrout! This was such a great sequel, I loved all the developments that these amazing characters were dealing with, and I couldn't put it down, I had to know what was going to happen next! The ending was a killer cliffhanger, and I can't wait for more!
Next is Lightlark by Alex Aster! This was an epic read, I loved this world and the history and how everything worked with the curses! These characters were amazing, and there were plenty of secrets and betrayals, and I can't wait to see where the sequel goes!
Next is The Lindbergh Nanny by Mariah Fredericks! This was such a fantastic and heartbreaking mystery, I enjoyed getting to know these characters, before and after the tragedy! It was such a great story!
Next is Little Girl Gone by Amanda Stevens! This was a fantastic read, I loved these characters and the mystery, watching everything unfold while the romance bloomed!
Next is Lock the Doors by Vincent Ralph! I loved reading this book, it was so easy with the short and captivating chapters, I just had to know what was going to happen next, and how the mystery would unfold!
Next is A Long Stretch of Bad Days by Mindy McGinnis! Wow, this was an amazing read, I loved watching these two very different but amazing characters look into the past of their town, and investigate what went on with the one murder in the town! Such a compelling book!
Next is Look What You Made Me Do by Elaine Murphy! I had such a great time with this book, the idea of having a serial killer sister is kinda crazy, and I loved watching everything go down!
Next is the Lore Olympus Volumes series by Rachel Smythe, Lore Olympus: Volume 2 and Lore Olympus: Volume 3! These graphic novels are so great, I love the idea of the Greek God's society much like ours while humanity was in the toga era, and what the myths are like with a modern twist on it, and I adore Persephone and Hades' relationship!
Next is The Lost Metal by Brandon Sanderson! This was such an epic read, I just love this series and this world so much, they're so fascinating, and these characters have become near and dear! This latest adventure was so amazing, with so many connections to the greater world, and have big implications, and things went out on a bang, and I just loved it, and I love Brandon Sanderson's writing so much!
Next is The Lost Prince by Julie Kagawa! This was such a fantastic read, I love these characters in this unique world, and I loved reading their adventures in this book!
Next is Love at First Spite by Anna E. Collins! This was such an adorable read, I loved these two and their romance, and just how delightful their story is, I had such a great time reading it!
Next is Love Letters to the Dead by Ava Dellaira! This was a really fantastic and heartfelt book about grief, I loved this story about a girl who misses her sister, and the letters that she writes to various people who've impacted her life, even though most of them are dead!
Next is Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood! This was another fantastic romance, with adorable characters, and I loved the enemies to lovers trope in it, as well as again, the STEM representation! It was such a fun read!
Next is Loveboat Reunion by Abigail Hing Wen! This was such a fun read, I loved getting this cast back together again, and I adored these characters and their romance, and all the obstacles that they had to overcome!
Next is The Luminous Dead by Caitlin Starling! Loved reading this book, the atmosphere was on point, it was creepy and claustrophobic, and I just wanted to know what the heck was going on!
Next is Madness by Z Brewer! This was an amazing read, I loved reading about these characters and their struggles, and it was just an affecting read!
Next is Malice by Heather Walter! This was such a great retelling, I loved the twists that made it original, and these characters and their love was just epic, and that ending was just evil, and I need to continue on!
Next is Mere Mortals by Erin Jade Lange! I had such a great time reading this book, it was a hilarious vampire read, I loved the rules of how things worked, and the characters and their stories as they deal with mortality was so great!
Next is A Merry Little Meet Cute by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone! This was an amazing read, I loved these characters and their romance, it was such an adorable and hilarious read and I loved the body positivity representation!
Next is the Alchemical Journeys series by Seanan McGuire, Middlegame and Seasonal Fears!
These are both such great reads, I love this world of alchemical craziness, and just how wild things go, watching these characters go on these wild adventures and they're just so original and amazing reads! Of course I loved them, they're written by Seanan McGuire! 
Next is Miss Moriarty, I Presume? by Sherry Thomas! Loved reading the mystery in this book, there was a lot of clever plotting going on, I loved how everything turned out, and all the developments that happened! It's just such an interesting and amazing read!
Next is Mistakes Were Made by Meryl Wilsner! Reading this romance was so fantastic, I loved these characters and their relationship, and everything that stood between them, the ups and downs, and it was so compelling to read!
Next is The Mister by E.L. James! This was such a great romance, I really enjoyed these characters and their feelings for one another, with their specific situations keeping them apart, I couldn't get enough!
Next is Monsters Born and Made by Tanvi Berwah! This was such an epic read, I loved this world with the monsters and the race, and the unfairness of it all of what they had to do to survive! I just couldn't put it down!
Next is Murder at Haven's Rock by Kelley Armstrong! This was an amazing read, I love being back in this world, but with a new series, and seeing these characters again, and watching them deal with this latest mystery! It was such an intelligent and amazing read! I just adore Kelley Armstrong's writing!
Next is The Murder of Mr. Wickham by Claudia Gray! This was such a great read, I loved the idea of all these various characters of Jane Austen coming together for a party, and all the mayhem that ensues when an uninvited guest ends up dead! It was such a delightful read, and I loved the romance that grew while the pair investigated the various secrets of the group!
Next is My Eyes Are Up Here by Zimmermann! This was a really great book about being a teenager and growing comfortable in your own skin, and I just really enjoyed her journey, and the people that she grows close to as her story goes along!
Next is My Fine Fellow by Jennieke Cohen! Loved this book about this group of teens with a love of cooking trying to find a way to elevate one of their number, to prove that background doesn't matter, and the feelings that are caught along the way!
Next is My Imaginary Mary by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, Jodi Meadows! I loved this combination of various elements in the lastest group effort from these authors, it was original and creative, and I had such a great time with these characters and their adventures in this book!
Next is My Plain Jane by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand, and Jodi Meadows! This was a great read again, I love these characters and the shenanigans that they got up to in this world with ghosts and ghost hunters! And oh, the romances were impeccable! Plus the writing is so hilarious!
Next is Mysteries of Thorn Manor by Margaret Rogerson! Wow, I loved being back in this amazing world again, I loved seeing these characters again, and watching their relationship develop, and all the updates that happened! It was a captivating read because Margaret Rogerson is a fantastic writer!
Next is The Nemesis by S.J. Kincaid! This book was just utterly fantastic, I loved being back in this brutal world, and all the politics and back and forths and the epicness of the grand plan! It was so amazing and I just love reading about these characters!
Next is Nightrender by Jodi Meadows! This was an amazing read, I loved this world and the history, and these characters and how big a threat they face, and that ending was just evil! Plus the cover is stunning, with amazing writing!
Next is Nine Liars by Maureen Johnson! This was a fantastic read, I loved this latest mystery and the twists and turns in the investigation, and I loved these characters, and the developments in their lives, and I really hope we have another book!
Next is No Accident by Laura Bates! This was an amazing read, I loved these characters, and watching them get entangled in this mystery!

Next is Not the Witch You Wed by April Asher! I loved reading this book, that it was a supernatural world with these characters with political power, and their romance, with the second chance trope, and how their story played out!
Next is Nothing But Blackened Teeth by Cassandra Khaw! This was such a creepy and amazing read, I loved reading about these characters as their situation got progressively worse and worse!
Next is Nothing More to Tell by Karen M. McManus! This was a fantastic read, I loved watching these characters deal with this mystery, with the secrets they were hiding, and all the reveals of what was going on!
Next is Nowhere on Earth by Nick Lake! I loved reading this book, about this group and how they survive in the wilderness when they're being hunted because one of them is an alien, it was an amazing read!
Next is the Nyxia Triad series by Scott Reintgen, Nyxia Unleashed and Nyxia Uprising! These books were so fantastic, I loved exploring this world and dealing with all the politics, and all the complications from the first book, and oh, the bad guys were just awful! Loved watching them being beaten!
Next is The Oathbreaker's Shadow by Amy McCulloch! This book was a fantastic read, I loved this world with the oaths, and the politics, and watching these characters deal with everything was so fantastic!
Next is Ocean's Echo by Everina Maxwell! This book was incredible, I loved these two and their romance, they were just so adorable and amazing, and watching them deal with the politics of their world, and all the various things that one is good at that the other isn't, they make such a great team!
Next is the Sisters of Salem series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast, Spells Trouble and Omens Bite! These were really great books, I loved reading about these sisters and their powers, and dealing with everything that was going on was so entertaining!
Next is Only a Monster by Vanessa Len! This was an amazing read, I loved this world of monsters who steal time, and these characters and the quest that they go on because of the monster hunter who was almost her boyfriend, and all the complicated questions and feelings!
Next is Only Bad Options by Jennifer Estep! This was such an entertaining read, I loved this world with the different factions of the world, and the different politics and abilities, and these characters and watching them deal with everything, their feeling and the threats to their lives, it was a lot of fun, and so very clever!
Next is The Original by Brandon Sanderson and Mary Robinette Kowal! This was an amazing read, I loved this world of clones, and sending one to hunt the original if they've committed a crime, and watching the mystery of what happened unfold, and that ending was so fantastic! Such a clever and amazing read!
Next is The Other Half of the Grave by Jeaniene Frost! Wow, I loved reading this book, I love this story and this world and these characters and their romance, and it was so great to read it all happening from Bones' perspective, it was a fantastic read!
Next is A Perilous Perspective by Anna Lee Huber! This was a fantastic read, I loved this latest mystery, dealing with tense emotions and a fraught past! It was such an entertaining read!
Next is A Phoenix First Must Burn Anthology! Loved reading this anthology, it had such a great collection of fantastic stories, and I had such a great time reading it!
Next is The Poison Season by Mara Rutherford! This was an amazing read, I loved reading about this world, and these characters dealing with this unique set of circumstances, and oh, I loved the romance!
Next is The Poisoner's Ring by Kelley Armstrong! This was an amazing read, this mystery was so intriguing, and dealing with all the personal parts, and all the worries about the time travel! It was a captivating book from a favourite author!
Next is Poster Girl by Veronica Roth! This was an amazing read, I loved this dystopian from the perspective of someone who was on the side of the bad regime that got taken down! I loved the mystery, and these characters and the moral questions!
Next is Prince of Shadows by Rachel Caine! This was an amazing read, of characters who were side characters in the original, watching that play out, and these characters stories and romance! It was an amazing read!
Next is Promise of Shadows by Justina Ireland! I love this book, the world is so unique and I love how it works, and I adore these characters and their story, and of course Justina Ireland's writing!
Next is The Proof Is in the Poison by Diane Kelly! This was such a great read, I loved the mystery, and I loved these characters getting in the middle, and it was a really fun book!
Next is Pumpkin by Julie Murphy! This was such an amazing read with such excellent representation about a boy and his high school life, and all the changes, and relationships and craziness that he's going through!
Next is The Queen's Chair by Chloe Garner! Wow, I loved this world and the politics, and how quickly I got absorbed by these characters and their stories, the writing was so great!
Next is the Duke Hunt series by Sophie Jordan, The Rake Gets Ravished and The Scoundrel Falls Hard! These were really great reads, I loved these characters and their situations, and the romances that they started, they were adorable and so hilarious and I loved the writing!
Next is Raven Unveiled by Grace Draven! This was a fantastic story, I loved being in this world again, following these characters who have a past together, and the relationship that develops, while they're also dealing with the threats against them!
Next is Reader, I Murdered Him by Betsy Cornwell! This was such a great book about female rage and dealing with the horrible things that were faced in that time, and I loved watching it all go down, these characters were wonderful, against horrible threats!
Next is Red on the River by Christine Feehan! This was a fantastic read, I loved reading about these characters and their romance, while also dealing with the mystery going on! I just adore Christine Feehan's writing and stories!
Next is The Red Palace by June Hur! This was a fantastic read, I loved watching these two investigate in the backdrop of a time of political unrest, and all the ups and downs and unfairness of it all going on! Such a great, compelling read!
Next is A Relative Murder by Jude Deveraux! This was another fantastic mystery, I loved getting to spend this time with these characters, dealing with this interconnected mystery, and the personal aspects of it, and the developments that happened!
Next is Release by Patrick Ness! This was such a great and weird story, I loved the story of a boy who is just trying to be himself but things just keep going wrong, while this supernatural event is going on alonst side it! It was such a great story!
Next is Relic by Heather Terrell! This was a really captivating world, I loved exploring this world with these characters, and it was such a great adventure!
Next is Revenge of the Sluts by Natalie Walton! Man, this was such a great story, I loved watching these characters deal with slut shaming and cyber bullying! Such a fantastic, relevant story!
Next is Rise of the Catalyst by Honor Raconteur! I loved everything about this book, the writing of course, this new and unique world and interesting magic, and the characters were so fantastic, and the story and the adventure they go on, it was so great! And oh, it was so hilarious!
Next is A River Enchanted by Rebecca Ross! This book was just incredible, I loved this world and how it worked, and these characters who had a prickly past, and how they had to work together to solve this mystery! Oh, the twists and turns, and it was such a fantastic read!
Next is Roomies by Christina Lauren! This book was just so great, I loved these two with their fake marriage while they both have some secrets, and the feelings there, and man, it was just so freaking hilarious!
Next is Royal Wedding by Meg Cabot! I love this book and this series so much, I love these characters and the situations they get into, and the various developments of this book are just so fantastic to read!
Next is Ruthless by Gena Showalter! This was an amazing read, I loved exploring this world further, and with these characters who have complications in their pasts, and obstacles to overcome, and I just had a great time with their story! I just love Gena Showalter's writing!
Next is the Ruthless Royals series by Amanda Richardson, Ruthless Crown and Ruthless Queen! These were really fantastic reads, I loved these characters and their relationships with one another which started off so very prickly and ended so great, and the threat that they were up against was just awful, and I couldn't wait to see him being taken down!
Next is The Sacrifice by Rin Chupeco! This was such a fantastic read, I loved the world, and as things started to go wrong with these characters, and oh, I loved what this book turned out to be!
Next is the Saga Single Issues series by Brian K. Vaughan, Illustrated by Fiona Staples, Saga #55, Saga #56, Saga #57, Saga #58, Saga #59, and Saga #60! This series is so great, it's so emotional and dark and it seems like nothing stays right for long, and I love these characters so much!
Next is Scan by Walter Jury and Sarah Fine! This book was so entertaining, the world was so interesting and I loved watching these characters just try to survive!
Next is the Healer series by Maria V. Snyder, Touch of Power, Scent of Magic, and Taste of Darkness! I love this series so much, I love her writing so much, and I love these characters and the adventures that they go on, all the discoveries that they made, and I can't gush enough good things about them!
Next is The School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani! This was a fantastic read, I love the concept and the twist, and I love the characters and the story was so entertaining to read!
Next is Scorpica by G.R. Macallister! This book was so great, the world was so interesting and the history and what was going on, and I love these characters navigate everything going on!
Next is the Prisoners of Peace series by Erin Bow, The Scorpion Rules and The Swan Riders! I love this series so much, everything about it was so amazing, the writing, the story, the characters, the moral questions and the A.I. particulars, the humor, and they're just so entertaining to read!
Next is Scream All Night by Derek Milman! This was a really great read, about family and how they can damage you and healing from that, and I loved watching these characters deal with it all!
Next is the Search series by Gene Luen Yang, Illustrated by Gurihiru, The Search, Part 1, The Search, Part 2, and The Search, Part 3! I love this story's arc, Zuko's mom was a big question in the series, and I loved watching the story play out!
Next is Seasparrow by Kristin Cashore! This was a fantastic read, I love this world, and I loved watching these characters deal with this adventure, of isolation and survival, and moral questions, and it was such an amazing read!
Nex is Seven Mercies by Laura Lam and Elizabeth May! This was an amazing read, I loved being in this world with these characters, and this adventure was amazing to read! Loved watching them taking down the bad guy, he was just awful!
Next is Shadow Girl by Liana Liu! I loved reading this book, I wanted to know what was going on, and I adored watching these characters as they figured that out!
Next is Shadow Fire by Christine Feehan! This was a really fantastic read, this series is so great with the shadow riders, and I loved this couple and their story and what they added, and Christine Feehan is a top favourite author for a reason!
Next is Shadow & Flame by Mindee Arnett! This was an amazing end to this duology, so much happened, and I loved watching it all go down, and oh, it brought out the emotions, and I was rooting for these characters with all that they were facing!
Next is The Shadowhunter's Codex by Cassandra Clare, Illustrated by Joshua Lewis! I love this book, it was great to read the textbook that new Shadowhunters read about this world, and the little notes that Clary and the gang added to it was so much fun!
Next is Shifters and Mistletoe Anthology! I had a really great time reading this collection of shifter romances, I loved the various stories and they were so entertaining to read!
Next is Sign Here by Claudia Lux! This was such an original read, I loved reading about hell and how their minions and politics went, and how this one family was targeted by this one, and how everything went down!
Next is Silver in the Mist by Emily Victoria! This was a fantastic story, I loved being in this world, it was so interesting, and I had such a great time with these characters and their story!
Next is The Sinister Booksellers of Bath by Garth Nix! This was such a great read, I loved being in this world again with these characters, it was so interesting, and I loved watching them go on another adventure, it was so much fun!
Next is The Six by Mark Alpert! Yeah, this book was so interesting, the whole concept was so intriguing, and I loved watching it play out with these fantastic characters!
Next is Smolder by Laurell K. Hamilton! I loved reading this latest book in this incredible world, and the politics and therapy of their numerous members, and the set up for future stories!
Next is So This Is Ever After by F.T. Lukens! This book was so fun and entertaining to read, I loved the idea of the after they've defeated the bad guy, now they have to run the kingdom, and the romantic shenanigans that occurred from there, because they're both a little clueless, it was hilarious!
Next is Somebody That I Used to Know by Dana L. Davis! Loved reading this book, of fame and friendships, and I loved watching these two navigate the hard feelings from him ghosting her! Such a great story, and the cover is stunning as well!
Next is Someone is Always Watching by Kelley Armstrong! This was such a fantastic read, I loved reading about these characters, watching them learn what was going on and investigate this mystery! It was thrilling and I couldn't get enough! Another fantastic, well-written Kelley Armstrong story!
Next is Something Wilder by Christina Lauren! This was such a great read, I loved reading about this second chance romance with these two as they were on the trail and the treasure hunt that they ended up on was so entertaining!
Next is A Song of Salvation by Alechia Dow! This was such a fantastic read, I loved being in this world, and with these characters, watching them deal with these big threats that have caused so much damage, and seeing everyone come together was so wonderful!
Next is The Song That Moves the Sun by Anna Bright! I loved reading this book, this world was so interesting, and the characters were entertaining, and it was an epic, amazing story!
Next is Sorrow's Knot by Erin Bow! Wow, this was such an amazing read! These characters and everything that they were dealing with, with the threat the dead pose, and the way the magic works, it was just so fantastic and I couldn't get enough, it was such a great story!
Next is Soul of Cinder by Bree Barton! Yeah, this was such a great read, I loved watching these characters deal with these problems for the final time, it was an amazing conclusion to the story!
Next is Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs! This latest installment in the series was so great! This threat was scary and thrilling and I loved seeing these wonderful characters face off against it, as well as the updates in their lives!
Next is The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren! This was a really wonderful read, I love this set up with the finding your perfect match with an algorithm, and the shenanigans that happened between these two with this supposed high match!
Next is Spear by Nicola Griffith! This was such a great retelling of this story, I loved the representation and the historical details and how the story went down, it was so entertaining to read!
Next is Squad by Maggie Tokuda-Hall, Illustrated by Lisa Sterle! Wow, this was such a great story about female empowerment, I loved these characters and this world of werewolves, and how everything went down, it was so great to read!
Next is Square3 by Mira Grant! This book was weird and wild and had crazy science, and watching these characters deal with it all, being separated from their families, and face off against these threats was so great!
Next is the Star Mother series by Charlie N. Holmberg, Star Mother and Star Father! I adored reading these books, this world was so interesting to be in, and I loved these characters, and their romances and how they were dealing with pretty big supernatural goings on, it was so fantastic!
Next is Station Eternity by Mur Lafferty! This book was so cool, having a sci fi set on a sentient space station, and a girl who can solve the weirdest murders, who seems to be drawn to them, and watching this mystery go down and get solved! It was so entertaining!
Next is Stealing Infinity by Alyson Noel! I loved reading this book, this world with time travel and a school that trains these kids on various historical time periods so that they can steal stuff from the past-but with something more going on, with all the politics at the school as well, it was so fun to read!
Next is The Steel Prince by V.E. Schwab, Illustrated by Andrea Olimpieri! This was such an entertaining story, I loved seeing this period of time in his life before he was king, and how he gained his nickname!
Next is Storm Echo by Nalini Singh! This was another amazing installment in this series, this was a great couple to follow, and I loved their story and what they added to the world, and another author who I just love her writing, Nalini Singh just writes excellent books!
Next is Strike the Zither by Joan He! I absolutely loved reading this book, I loved this world, these characters and how mean they were, and how smart, and the big twist was fantastic, and I loved watching the story play out, with all those twists and turns!
Next is Suki, Alone by Faith Erin Hicks, Illustrated by Peter Wartman! This was such a great story, about Suki dealing with being in prison by herself, it was a hard, but uplifting story about hope, and I loved reading it!
Next is Survive the Dome by Kosoko Jackson! This was such a fantastic read, the idea of this happening in real life is a bit terrifying, and I loved watching these character deal with being in this dome, it was such an entertaining story!
Next is Sweep of the Heart by Ilona Andrews! Wow, I loved reading this story! I love this world with all the paths that lead aliens to Earth and with the Innkeepers, and this story with an Intergalactic Bachelor was so entertaining to read, with all the politics and trials, and the updates in the ongoing story, and it was an absolute blast to read! I absolutely love Ilona Andrews writing!
Next is the Taking the Heat series by Brenda Novak, Taking the Heat and Taking a Risk! These were really great, entertaining reads, I loved watching these characters deal with these different situations, and the romances that come about because of them, with the full length story dealing with the whole prison break thing!
Next is Teen Killers in Love by Lily Sparks! This was such an entertaining sequel, I loved reading about these characters dealing with the whole killing thing with the government, it was so compelling!
Next is Tender Savage by Iris Johansen! Oh, man, this book was an amazing read, I loved watching these characters deal with this situation, and how the tense atmosphere led to a amazing romance! As well as a horrible bad guy! I loved their story!
Next is the Revivalist series by Rachel Caine, Working Stiff, Two Weeks' Notice, and Terminated! This was an amazing read, I loved this world of zombies and how all that worked, it was so creative, and all the complicated events that follow on from there, as well as the romance that bloomed! It was such an entertaining series coming from such a great author, because Rachel Caine's writing is just excellent!
Next is The Third Mrs. Durst by Ann Aguirre! Man, this was a fantastic thriller mystery, I loved these characters and watching the story unfold, all the twists and turns and reveals, and watching the bad guy getting taken down through the excellent planning was so great! It was such a well-written book, because of course it was, it was written by Ann Aguirre!
Next is These Deadly Games by Diana Urban! This book was twisted and amazing, and I loved watching this character deal with the threat to her sister balanced with what they wanted her to do to her friends, it was such a compelling and fast-paced read!
Next is the These Feathered Flames series by Alexandra Overy, These Feathered Flames and This Cursed Crown! Wow, reading these books was so great, I loved this story about these sisters with their different roles, and the politics of it all of running the country, and the reveals and emotions that were brought up, it was so epic and entertaining!
Next is These Fleeting Shadows by Kate Alice Marshall! This book was dark and twisted and I wanted to know what the heck was going on, and boy was it an excellent book! That reveal with all the plotting about what was going on was just incredible, and it was such a great read!
Next is Thicker Than Water by Maggie Shayne! This was such a fantastic mystery, I loved the fact that she was there when the victim was killed, but walked away to keep her secrets, and the investigation and ensues from there, and the grudging relationship! It was such a compelling story!
Next is This Woven Kingdom by Tahereh Mafi! I loved reading this book, this world with this history and magic was so interesting, and how the characters played a part in what was going on, and how their relationship grow was so great! And that ending was pretty killer!
Next is A Thousand Heartbeats by Kiera Cass! This was a wonderful story, I loved how each of these characters had a stake in what was going on, and how the story unfolded, and how their romance grew from pretty arid soil!
Next is Three Mages and a Margarita by Annette Marie! This was such a fun book to read, I loved this world with the magic and the guilds, and how she became a part of it, and the relationships she built, and it was so funny and awesome to read!
Next is Throwing Shade by Deborah Wilde! This was a really fun read, I loved this world, it was so interesting with the different powers and different groups, and how she fit into it, and her relationships with the different people in her life including the new guy, as she investigated her friend's disappearance!
Next is Thronebreakers by Rebecca Coffindaffer! I loved reading this book so much, it was a great continuation on from the first book, dealing with the events that happened there, and all the political fallout, and it was such an amazing read, I love watching how they dealt with it all!
Next is Tiffany Sly Lives Here Now by Dana L. Davis! This was a really wonderful read about family, and the relationships we have, and Tiffany was a really great character dealing with a lot of anxiety, and with change in her situation lead to a lot, good and bad, and I just loved the story!
Next is 'Til the World Ends Anthology! This was a really great collection of apocalypse stories, I loved the authors and these worlds and these stories, and I had a great time reading them!
Next is Together We Burn by Isabel Ibañez! This was an incredible read with the dragons, and the arenas, and I loved these characters and watching them deal with the unfairness of having her father be ill and her having to pick up the pieces, it was such an captivating story!
Next is the Tokyo Ever After series by Emiko Jean, Tokyo Ever After and Tokyo Dreaming! Oh, these were really fantastic reads about a regular girl who finds out she's the daughter of the Prince of Japan! I loved watching her get to know her dad, learn what it's like to be a princess, and the ups and downs of that life, and finding out who she wants to be, and who she wants to be with!
Next is Trail of Lightning by Rebecca Roadhorse! Man, this was a thrilling book, I loved this world where it's ending, with the water shortages and the monsters come back, and the adventures that she has, given the experiences that she's had, and the reveals of where the story was going was so fantastic!
Next is Traitor's Blade by Sebasian De Castell! This book was fantastic, the world was brutal and awful, and unfair, and I loved the politics of it all with this band of characters, and it was such an entertaining read!
Next is Trouble With the Cursed by Kim Harrison! Loved reading this book, it was a fantastic sequel, loved how it dealt with the threads continuing on from the previous book, and all the updates to the world, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here!
Next is Twin Crowns by Catherine Doyle and Katherine Webber! Oh, I loved reading this book, the idea of twins born to royalty, but one not being raised there is such an entertaining idea, and I loved how it played out in this world with these characters!
Next is The Unidentified by Rae Mariz! This was a really wonderful sci-fi, I loved these characters and watching them deal with this system that didn't treat them very well, and what they did about it!
Next is Up to the Challenge by Maria V. Snyder! Wow, I loved this collection of stories, the writing of course was amazing, and all these different worlds and everything about it was so great!
Next is Vengeance Bound by Justina Ireland! I love this book so much, this world is so interesting and unique, and I love these characters and watching them deal with everything, it was so great to read, I love Justina Ireland's writing!
Next is Vengeance Road by Erin Bowman! Loved reading this book for these characters and the adventure that they go on, and the ups, downs, and twists that the encounter along the way!
Next is Very Bad People by Kit Frick! This was a fantastic read, I loved these characters and the situations that they ended up in, the moral questions, and the mystery that they faced!
Next is A Vow So Bold and Deadly by Brigid Kemmerer! Loved reading this book, it was a fantastic end to the series, I loved watching these amazing characters deal with everything, and I couldn't get enough of the story!
Next is The War of Two Queens by Jennifer L. Armentrout! This book was utterly epic after the ending of the previous one, I couldn't put it down, I had to know what was going to happen next! I loved all the developments in the plot, in the situations these fantastic characters were in and their relationships, and that ending was another killer, and I need to know what happens next!
Next is We Are the Wildcats by Siobhan Vivian! I loved this story about this girls sports team, and the night that they have, dealing with their issues from the way the last season ended, to how their coach is treating them, and it was such a fantastic read, I loved how close they grew together as a team over the course of this night!
Next is We Free the Stars by Hafsah Faizal! I adored this book and this series, the world is so expansive, and the writing so excellent, and I loved watching these characters deal with the events of the previous book, and it was just an incredible story, I loved how it worked out!
Next is The Weight of Blood by Tiffany D. Jackson! This was an incredible book, I love how it's a retelling of Carrie, but with racism at its core, and how that was the driving force in this book, and knowing what was coming but being unable to stop it, yeah, it was such a great read!
Next is The Weight of Stars by K. Ancrum! This was such a fantastic read, with these characters who are obsessed with space, in more then one way, and how their lives be come intertwined, and as they learn more about themselves! It was a wonderful book
Next is When a Princess Proposes by Kerrelyn Sparks! This was a really fun read, I loved being in this world again with the next generation, with the problems that they're facing and the people they're falling in love with!
Next is the Kingdom of Cards series by Janella Angeles, Where Dreams Descend and When Night Breaks! Wow, this was a really great series, with this world of magicians, and how female magicians aren't well thought of, and all the complexities of these different characters situations and where they are in life, and how they're connected and what the heck was going on, and they were both fantastic to read!
Next is Whiteout Anthology! This was such a great collection of stories, I loved how they were tied together, and I had such a great time reading it!
Next is The Wife Upstairs by Rachel Hawkins! This was an amazing thriller, I loved these characters and the way the story was told, and watching the secrets come to life, all the twists and turns, and it was a captivating read!
Next is The Winter Duke by Claire Eliza Bartlett! Wow, this book is just barely below the top reads of the year, I'm obsessed, I loved this world with this girl who suddenly becomes the leader in a night, and watching the events unfold, like finding her a wife, and figuring out what the heck was going on, and dealing with all the different factions, it was such an excellent read!
Next is Winter's Orbit by Everina Maxwell! Wow, this book is a top read of 2022, I fell in love with these characters who were forced into a marriage for the political plans to be put in motion, and I loved how well they worked together, and they were just adorable and I loved their story!
Next is Wizard's Masquerade by Jay Pellegrin! This book was such an interesting read, I loved watching these characters deal with all of these politic machinations with their magical abilities, and all the high emotions, and it was such an entertaining read!
Next is Wolf in the Shadows by Maria Vale! I just loved reading this book, this world of werewolves is just so intriguing, and I loved this latest couple and their story and what they added, and how it all worked out, it was an incredible story!
Next is You Should Have Seen This Coming by Shani Michelle! I loved this book with the paranormal twist, and these characters and trying to figure out where their friend was! It was such a compelling read!
Next is You'll Be the Death of Me by Karen M. McManus! This was a wonderful mystery, I loved all the twists and turns, and the reveals, and watching these characters investigate!
Next is Zomburbia by Adam Gallardo! This was a really fantastic zombie book, I loved how things worked, and I loved these characters and their story!
Lastly is #noescape by Gretchen McNeil! This was such a fantastic book, I loved the puzzles and mysteries, and all the twists and turns and watching the characters navigate it all!
So 701 of 722. Which is 97% of the books I read, which is up 2% from last year, so I'm really glad for that, that I'm reading more books that I'm really enjoying! And this year as really great, and I read some really amazing books, and I can't wait to see what the next year will bring!
