I read a good number of books this year, again, even more so, because of audiobooks, but I really, really hope next year I do take it easier!
I read books from January to December, and of those, were the ones that I absolutely loved, be it writing, thinking about it after, how much I'm anticipating any sequels or other books by the author, or the emotions it evoked, like "I hate that villain, they're so bad! HATEHATEHATE!!!! Yep.

So first off is the Dragon Kin series by G.A. Aiken, Dragon Actually, Chains & Flames, About A Dragon, Can't Get Enough, What A Dragon Should Know, Last Dragon Standing, Dragon on Top, The Dragon Who Loved Me, and How to Drive a Dragon Crazy! I just love this series, G.A. Aiken, who also writes as Shelly Laurenston, is just wild and crazy, and I just love the romances, they're so adorable!
Next is Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Lord by Celeste Connally! This was such a great read, I loved these characters dealing with the times that they live in, and watching them solve the mystery!
Next is the InCryptid series by Seanan McGuire, Aftermarket Aftermath and Dreaming of You in Freefall! I just love this series so much, I love everything about it, the writing, the world, the series, and man, the stories were so heartbreaking and amazing!
Next is Nightshade World series by Andrea Cremer, Shadow Days, Nightshade, Wolfsbane, Treachery, Bloodrose, Aftermath, Stolen Souls, Rift and Rise! Love this series so much, I love the world, these characters, and the arc throughout the series!
Next is the Dred Chronicles series by Ann Aguirre, Perdition, Aftermath and Endgame! I loved reading this series so much, I love these characters, as they dealt with these circumstances, the writing was so good to just binge!
Next is The Afterward by E.K. Johnston! Absolutely loved reading this book, I loved the story from the past and the present, these characters and the quest, and their relationship was so great!
Earth's End, Water's Wrath, and Crystal Crowned! Loved this series, the world and magic was so great, I loved these characters and watching them go on this journey!
Next is the Loom Saga series by Elise Kova, The Alchemists of Loom, The Dragons of Kova, and The Rebels of Gold! This was another amazing series by Elise Kova, the atmosphere was fantastic, it was dark and gritty, these characters were so great and I loved how they had do deal with what was going on in the world!
Next is the White Rabbit Chronicles series by Gena Showalter, Alice in Zombieland, Cole...Meet Ali, Through the Zombie Glass, The Queen of Zombie Hearts, A Mad Zombie Party, Kat in Zombieland, and Down the Rabbit Hole! I just love this series, I love everything about it, Cole and Ali together was so great, and I adore this series so much!
Next is the Alienated series by Melissa Landers, Alienated, Until Midnight, Invaded, and United! This series is so great, I loved the concept of this sci fi, and the execution was great and it was such a great story to read!
Next is the Case Files of Henri Davenforth by Honor Raconteur, All in a Name and A Matter of Secrets and Spies! I adore this series so much, the writing is fantastic, I love watching these characters investigate these crimes, and that it's set in this magic world is just icing on top of the cake!
Next is All Of Our Demise by Amanda Foody and Christine Lynn Herman! This was an amazing end to the duology, I loved how the storylines were wrapped up, and it was just written in a way that was so captivating!
Next is the Murderbot series by Martha Wells, Obsolescence, The Future of Work: Compulsory, All Systems Red, Artificial Condition, Rogue Protocol, Exit Strategy, Home: Habitat, Range, Niche, Territory, Network Effect, Fugitive Telemetry and System Collapse! This series is fantastic, I love to hate the world and the way people are treated, and I loved watching Murderbot have to deal with their humans getting into trouble!
Next is All That Consumes Us by Erica Waters! This was such a great story, loved these characters and watching as they deal with their circumstances!
Next is All That's Left in the World by Erik J. Brown! This book was just so great, the way that people acted when the world end is so true, and I loved these two and their relationship!
Next is All the Dead Lie Down by Kyrie McCauley! Absolutely loved reading this book, it was mysterious and I loved the way the story was built up and it was so well done!
Next is All the Missing Girls by Megan Miranda! Man, this was such a great mystery, I loved the way that the story was told, and it was just so well done!
Next is Almost There by Farrah Rochon! Loved the twist on this story, it was such a great and entertaining story!
Next is the Alpha & Omega series by Patricia Briggs, Alpha & Omega, Cry Wolf, Hunting Ground, Fair Game, Dead Heat, Burn Bright, and Wild Sign! I love this series so much, the writing, the characters, the world, the stories, they're all so fantastic!
Next is the October Day series by Seanan McGuire, The Brightest Fell, Of Things Unknown, Night and Silence, Suffer a Sea-Change, The Unkindest Tide, Hope is Swift, A Killing Frost, Shine in Pearl, When Sorrows Come, And With Reveling, Be the Serpent, Such Dangerous Seas, Sleep No More, Candles and Starlight, The Innocent Sleep, and Doubtless and Secure! This series is so amazing, I love how it's grown, everything about it is top notch to me, the stories that Seanan McGuire tells are just absolutely wonderful!
Next is the Dead Djinn Universe series by P. Djèlí Clark, A Dead Djinn in Cairo, The Haunting of Tram Car 015, The Angel of Khan el-Khalili, and A Master of Djinn! This was an amazing series, I loved that we got to explore a different part of the world, a different culture, and these stories were so enthralling!
Next is the Fairwick Chronicles series by Juliet Dark, The Demon Lover, The Water Witch, and The Angel Stone! I loved reading this series fully, the set up of this series is so great, and I loved watching these characters go on their journey, it was so good!
Next is the Arcana Chronicles by Kresley Cole, Poison Princess, Endless Knight, Dead of Winter, Day Zero, Arcana Rising, The Dark Calling, and From the Grave! Absolutely loved reading this series beginning to end, these characters dealing with this awful situation, and all the directions that the series went in!
Next is ASAP by Axie Oh! Oh, this was such an amazing read, I loved being back with these characters, I loved their story and it was just so heartwarming to read!
Next is the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas, The Assassin and the Pirate Lord, The Assassin and the Healer, The Assassin and the Desert, The Assassin and the Underworld, and The Assassin and the Empire! I love this series so much, and these novellas are the foundation of the world, of why she is who she is, and I just love them so much even though they hurt me!
Next is The Assassin Game by Kirsty McKay! Loved reading this book, the story was engaging and the writing had me hooked and I just had to keep reading this story!
Next is Assistant to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer! This book was so much fun to read, I loved this idea of working for the villain, and I loved these characters, and the humour was excellent!
Next is the Atlas series by Olivie Blake, Sacred Hostility and The Atlas Paradox! This series is strange and demanding and confusing and I loved reading it, and following these characters along further on their journey!
Next is Attached at the Hip by Christine Riccio! This book was so much fun to read, I loved these characters in this situation, and it was such an entertaining story so well done!
Next is Attachments by Rainbow Rowell! This was such an enjoyable read, the setting and the set up were so great, and I loved watching these characters deal with everything!
Next is the Avatar: The Last Airbender series by Gene Luen Yang, Michael Dante DiMartino, Bryan Konietzko, and Faith Erin Hicks, Illustrated by Gurihiru and Peter Wartman, The Rift, Part 1, The Rift, Part 2, The Rift, Part 3, Smoke and Shadow, Part 1, Smoke and Shadow, Part 2, Smoke and Shadow, Part 3, North and South, Part 1, North and South, Part 2, North and South, Part 3, Imbalance, Part 1, Imbalance, Part 2, Imbalance, Part 3, Toph Beifong's Metalbending Academy, and Azula in the Spirit Temple! This world and these characters are just so great, and I love watching them deal with these further problems that they're encountering now!
Next is the Avalon Bay series by Elle Kennedy, Good Girl Complex, Bad Girl Reputation, and The Summer Girl! This series was so much fun to read, I loved these characters and their romances, their stories were so entertaining to read!
Next is Bad Luck Vampire by Lynsay Sands! I love this series so much, the concept of vampires is so interesting, and I love this couple and the romance and the humour, just how much trouble they get into!
Next is the Honey Badger series by Shelly Laureston, Hot and Badgered, In a Badger Way, Born to Be Badger, Breaking Badger, and Badger to the Bone! The humour in this series is just amazing, the chaos and the violence and this world of shifters, and I just love these couples and the romances!
Next is the Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins, The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, Mockingjay, and The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes! This series is so good, the concept of the hunger games is awful, and I hate the Capital for loving it and being entertained by it, and I love Katniss's journey against it!
Next is the Pride series by Shelly Laurenston, When He Was Bad, Like a Wolf With a Bone, The Mane Effect, The Beast in Him, The Mane Attraction, The Mane Squeeze, Beast Behaving Badly, Big Bad Beast, Bear Meets Girl, Wolf with Benefits, and Bite Me! It was really great to read this series, since it came first, loved these characters and their romances and connections, and of course, the chaos and violence since it started off in these previous series in the world!
Next is the Beautiful Bastard series by Christina Lauren, Beautiful Bombshell, Beautiful Player, and Beautiful Beginning! I love this series, these romances and how intense they are, the writing and these stories just have me hooked to just devour these stories!
Next is the Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter, The Darkest Angel, The Darkest Facts, The Darkest Passion, The Darkest Lie, The Darkest Secret, The Darkest Surrender, The Darkest Seduction, Wicked Nights, Beauty Awakened, The Darkest Craving, Burning Dawn and The Darkest Touch! I love this series so much, I love the world, the characters, the stories, the writing, just everything about this series is so fantastic to me!
Next is the Diviners series by Libba Bray, The Diviners, Lair of Dreams, Before the Devil Breaks You, and The King of Crows! I loved this series, the world of the Diviners and the different abilities that these characters have! And wow, this cast of characters, got more and more complex, and so were the plots and it was all so fantastic to read!
Next is Before I Let Go by Marieke Nijkamp! This book was so heartbreaking and I loved the mystery and it was an amazing story with grief and finding out what happened!
Next is the Belador series by Dianna Love, Belador Cosaint and Treoir Dragon Hoard! I loved these stories, loved the developments, and I just love this world and characters and they were just so good!
Next is Belle Révolte by Linsey Miller! This book had such an interesting world, and a set up against the characters that was so infuriating and was so satisfying to watch them take it down, and I loved these characters and it was so entertaining to read!
Next is The Benevolent Society of Ill-Mannered Ladies by Alison Goodman! Absolutely loved reading this book, these characters in this time, and watching doing this investigation, it was so great to read!
Next is Beyond the Black Door by A.M. Strickland! This book was just as good, I loved the world, these characters, the representation, the story, the writing, it was all so amazing!
Next is the Stillhouse Lake series by Rachel Caine, Identity, Bitter Falls, and Heartbreak Bay! These were amazing reads, I loved being back with these characters and dealing with these situations and latest cases, the writing was so good and I'm so sad that there's not going to be more that's fully written by Rachel Caine due to her passing.
Next is the Zodiac series by Romina Russel, Wandering Star and Black Moon! These were such great reads, I loved being in back in this world with these characters, and this continuing story was so entertaining and captivating to read!
Next is Black Sunshine by Katrina Halle! This was a really wonderful vampire read, I loved these two and the romance and the lore and it was a really fantastic story that I can't wait to continue!
Next is Blackhearts by Nicole Castroman! This was a fantastic sequel, I loved the story and being back with these characters!
Next is Blades of Furry by Deya Muniz and Emily Erdos! This was such a fun read, I loved the characters and this world and the story was so engrossing!
Next is The Bleeding Dusk by Colleen Gleason! This was such a great read, I love this characters and watching this next adventure!
Next is the Serpent & Dove series by Shelby Mahurin, Serpent & Dove, Blood & Honey, and Gods & Monsters! These books are so good and addicting, I loved this world and these stories and these characters are so good and fun to read about!
Next is the Blood and Moonlight series by Erin Beaty, Blood and Moonlight and Silence and Shadow! These were so good, I loved the mysteries and watching these two investigate, and fall in love, they were intricate and so entertaining to read!
Next is Blood Bonds by Yasmine Galenorn! This was such a fantastic end to the story, a great farewell, to this amazing series, I love these characters and this story was so great!
Next is the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, Moon Called, Blood Bound, Iron Kissed, Bone Crossed, Silver Borne, River Marked, Frost Burned, Night Broken, Fire Touched, Silence Fallen, Storm Cursed, Smoke Bitten, and Soul Taken! I love this series so much, I love the writing, the world, these characters and their stories, I love them so much! I can't get enough!
Next is the Blood Heir trilogy series by Amélie Wen Zhao, Blood Heir, Red Tigress, and Crimson Reign! These were so fantastic, I loved the world and the twists and turns and plotting, it was so engrossing and I had to read more, and learn more about these characters and what was going to happen next!
Next is Blood Price by Vela Roth! This was such a great read, the world was so interesting, and I loved these characters and their romance and all the plotting!
Next is The Blood Years by Elana K. Arnold! Oh, this was a heartbreaking and beautiful read, the history was important, and I loved these characters and writing!
Next is The Bone Hacker by Kathy Reichs! This was another really great mystery, I loved the setting and the reveals!
Next is The Bone Houses by Emily Lloyd-Jones! Loved reading this book again, it was so hilarious, I loved these characters going on this journey and it was such a great and entertaining read!
Next is Bone Weaver by Aden Polydoros! Loved this book, loved the world and the writing and the characters and it was such a great story!
Next is Bonesmith by Nicki Pau Preto! Absolutely loved reading this book, the world was so interesting and I had to learn more, and I loved these characters and their story!
Next is the All Souls Trilogy series by Deborah Harkness, A Discovery of Witches, Shadow of Night, The Book of Life, and Time's Convert! I love this series so much, I love the writing, the world, these characters and their stories, they're so captivating, and I can't wait for more!
Next is The Book That Wouldn't Burn by Mark Lawrence! This was such an entertaining read, I loved these story, it was such an interesting story and I had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is the Once Upon a Con series by Ashley Poston, Geekerella, Once at Midnight, The Princess and the Fangirl, Once A Princess, Bookish and the Beast, and Once an Ever After! Loved reading these stories, they were so much fun, I loved the set ups and these characters and their romances!
Next is Bookshops & Bonedust by Travis Baldree! This book was hilarious and so much fun to read, I loved being with Viv again and this quiet time in her life, and the friends she made, it was such a great story!
Next is Both Feet in the Grave by Jeaniene Frost! Loved this book, love these two and their romance and story, and seeing it from Bones perspective!
Next is the Antique Bookshop Mystery series by Laura Gail Black, Murder by the Bookend, Bound by Murder, and Caught on the Book! These were such great reads, I loved the mysteries and the updates in these characters world and they were engrossing to read!
Next is the Haven's Rock series by Kelley Armstrong, Dead Letter Days and The Boy Who Cried Wolf! I just love this world so much and these characters and their story and these mysteries that they solve, Kelley Armstrong writes books that I utterly love!
Next is The Boy You Always Wanted by Michelle Quach! This was such a great story I loved these two and this situation that they were in, it was so entertaining to read!
Next is the London Calling series by Alexis Hall, Boyfriend Material and Husband Material! Loved reading these books, they were so cute and hilarious, and I just enjoyed reading their story so much!
Next is the Inheritance Cycle series by Christopher Paolini, Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, Inheritance, The Fork, the Witch, and the Worm, and Murtagh! This series is so good, I love this world and the story of these characters told, it's epic and so fantastic!
Next is the The Malediction Trilogy series by Danielle L. Jensen, The Broken Ones, The Songbird's Overture, Stolen Songbird, Hidden Huntress, and Warrior Witch! This series holds such a dear spot in my heart, I love it so much, these characters, their stories, and romances, and the writing is just so good, Danielle L. Jensen is a favourite author because of this series!
Next is The Brothers Hawthorne by Jennifer Lynn Barnes! This was a top read of 2023, I love her writing and this series and these characters so much, and this story and the mystery it was entertaining and engaging and I couldn't get enough!
Next is the Mead Mishaps series by Kimberly Lemming, That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon, Mistlefoe, That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf, A Bump In Boohail, and That Time I Got Drunk And Saved a Human! I loved this series, it was so much fun, these characters and their romance and this world were so great, and so hilarious to read!
Next is the Drowned series by Cyn Balog, Burned and Drowned! These were so great to read, I loved the world and these characters and their stories were so so great!
Next is Business or Pleasure by Rachel Lynn Solomon! I had such a great time reading this book, the set up and these characters and their romance was so so entertaining to read!
Next is the Lost Girls series by Kate Ellison, Lost Nigh and The Butterfly Clues! I loved reading these stories, it was entertaining and the mystery was so engaging and I couldn't get enough!
Next is the Meant to Be series by Julie Murphy, Jasmine Guillory, Zoraida Córdova, and Christina Lauren, If The Shoe Fits, By the Book, Kiss the Girl, and Tangled Up in You! I had such a great time reading these stories, these modern retellings were so much fun and interested updated, and I loved these characters and their romances!
Next is the Bridge Kingdom series by Danielle L. Jensen The Inadequate Heir, The Calm Before the Storm, and The Endless War! Loved reading these books, they were addicting stories and I had to know what was going to happen, I loved these characters and being in this world again, and I utterly adored reading them!
Next is the Eve Duncan series by Iris Johansen, Captive and The Survivor! This series is so great, I loved these latest thrillers and seeing these characters as they dealt with facing off against the bad guys, they were fast paced and I couldn't put them down!
Next is Capture the Sun by Jessie Mihalik! Loved reading this book, it was a great end to the series, I loved this couple, and their romance, while also dealing with the politics! Absolutely loved the story and the writing so much!
Next is the Charlotte Holmes series by Brittany Cavallaro, A Study in Charlotte, The Last of August, The Case for Jamie, and A Question of Holmes! This series is so good, the mysteries are so clover and I love these characters and watching as they investigate, and their relationship!
Next is A Castle in the Air by Kelley Armstrong! This series is so amazing, I loved this story, these characters and their romance, and this mystery, it was thrilling, and I adored the writing!
Next is the Verity Kent series by Anna Lee Huber, This Side of Murder, Treacherous is the Night, Penny for Your Secrets, A Pretty Deceit, Murder Most Fair, and A Certain Darkness! I love this series, it's such a great historical series, and the mysteries are just so fantastic!
Next is the Last Hours series by Cassandra Clare, The Penultimate Hours, Chain of Gold, Chain of Iron, and Chain of Thorns! This series is so good, I love being in this world again with this new generation but also seeing the previous one, and the stories are so good and complex and drive up the emotions and the writing is just addicting!
Next is Champion of Fate by Kendare Blake! This was such a great, epic read, I loved the world and these characters and set up and I couldn't get enough of the story!
Next is The Chaos of Stars by Kiersten White! This story is so good, I love this world of gods, and I love these characters and their story!
Next is the Charm Offensive series by Alison Cochrun, The Charm Offensive and A Charmed Christmas! These stories were so hilarious and cute, I loved these two and their romance, it was just so good!
Next is the Aether Chronicles series by Suzanne Lazear, Innocent Darkness, Charmed Vengeance, and Fragile Destiny! I love this series, it was just amazing, I love this world and these characters and their story!
Next is the Briar U series by Elle Kennedy, The Chase The Risk, The Play, The Play's Extended Epilogue, and The Dare! This series was so much fun, I loved these characters and their romances, they were so much fun and sexy and so entertaining to read!
Next is the Stoker & Holmes series by Colleen Gleason, and The Clockwork Scarab, The Spiritglass Charade, and The Chess Queen Enigma! This series is so good, I love the world and these characters and there stories, and these events that they have to deal with are so great to read!
Next is the Krewe of Hunters series by Heather Graham, Jack O' the Lantern, A Strangely Thankful Thanksgiving, Christmas, the Krewe and Gifts of Hope, Stabbed Through the Heart-It's a Bitter Game, The Easter Chicken, Voice of Fear, and Descend to Darkness! I just love the concept of this series, of law enforcement officers solving crimes, being helped by being able to see ghosts! I just love the mysteries and the romances!
Next is City of Bones by Martha Wells! This was such an amazing read, I loved everything about it, the writing and the story were so great, and I loved these characters and the two different timelines, it was all so fantastic to read!
Next is the Skyscraper Throne series by Tom Pollock, The City's Son, The Glass Republic, and Our Lady of the Streets! These were so great to read, they're so unique, I love this world so much and the adventures that these characters have in it!
Next is the Regency Dragons series by Stephanie Burgis, Scales and Sensibility and Claws and Contrivances! These were so much fun to read, they were hilarious, I loved these stories, the situations that these characters get into!
Next is Cleat Cute by Meryl Wilsner! This was a lovely romance, I loved these two together, and the romps that they had!
Next is the Earth & Sky series by Megan Crewe, The Clouded Sky and A Sky Unbroken! These were such great reads, I loved being back in this world, and watching them deal with everything that was going on!
Next is Cocktails & Chloroform by Kelley Armstrong! This was such an entertaining story, I loved being back with these characters, and this adventure was so much fun to read!
Next is Cold Curses by Chloe Neill! This was a fantastic read, I loved this world and these characters and this story was just amazing!
Next is Cold Water Veins by Amy Lukavics! This was such a great read, and the story was so fantastic!
Next is Colder than Ice by Maggie Shayne! Oh, this was a fantastic mystery, loved the story and the twist and turns with these and their romance!
Next is the Taking series by Melissa West, Gravity, Hover, and Collide! These were wonderful reads, I loved the world, these characters, and dealing with the complicated politics of humanity and aliens!
Next is the Tempting Monsters series by Kathryn Moon, Eleanor, Traveling with Gentlemen, The Company of Fiends, and Sanctuary With Kings! These were so great to read, they were dirty and romantic and I adored these characters together and their romances, and adventures!
Next is the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children series by Ransom Riggs, Tales of the Peculiar, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Hollow City, Library of Souls, A Map of Days, The Conference of Birds, and The Desolations of Devil's Acre! I had a great time reading these books, the world was so good, these characters were as well, and I loved watching their adventures!
Next is Consort of Fire by Kit Rocha! This book was addicting, I loved these characters in this situation and it was such a great story!
Next is Cop Town by Karin Slaughter! Oh, I loved reading this book, it was so very realistic, and I loved these characters and watching them investigate, because the bad guy was just so very awful!
Next is Copper Moon by Rachel Caine! This was such a great read, I loved the mystery, these characters and their romance, it was all so good!
Next is the Taking series by Kimberly Derting, The Taking, and The Replaced, and The Countdown! Absolutely loved reading these books, I love the concept, and these characters and their story, the writing just brings it to life and it's so fantastic!
Next is Counting Down With You by Tashie Bhuiyan! This was such an addicting read, the writing was so amazing, the story and these characters were so wonderful, and of course it's a top read of 2023!
Next is Court of the Undying Seasons by A.M. Strickland! And another top read of 2023, I was utterly enthralled, the writing had me sucked in, the world was so incredible, the story kept building and I couldn't get enough, and I had to keep reading about these characters, and what they were dealing with!
Next is the Reaper series by Rin Chupeco, Silver Under Nightfall and Court of Wanderers! These were incredible reads, I loved these characters and their story, this world was so intricate and interesting!
Next is the Awakened Fates series by Lucinda Dark and Rebecca Grey, Crown of Blood and Glass and Dawn of Fate & Valor! I loved reading these books, they were dark and sexy and I adored these characters as they deal with this world and I was just utterly sucked in!
Next is A Crown of Ivy and Glass by Claire Legrand! Loved this book so much, I love her writing and I loved the world, set up and characters, and I had such a great time reading it!
Next is Cruel Illusions by Margie Fuston! This was an incredible read, I love the world and set up, and I loved watching these characters as they went along with these events!
Next is the Dark Olympus series by Katee Robert, Electric Idol, Turkey Day, Radiant Sin, Cruel Seduction, and Midnight Ruin! These are sexy and wonderful, I love all these characters and their romances, while they deal with these plots and schemes! I just adore Katee Roberts writing!
Next is Cult Classic by Stephen Blackmoore! This was such a great sequel, loved the adventure, the updates with these characters and spending more time in this world!
Next is the Drowned Gods series by Pascale Lacelle, Uncharted Dreams and Curious Tides! Loved reading these books, they were such great stories, I loved watching these events unfold for these characters in this fantastic world!
Next is the A Touch of Gold series by Annie Sullivan, A Touch of Gold and A Curse of Gold! These were such amazing reads, I loved this world with the Greek Gods, I loved these characters as they went on this adventures, they were incredible to read!

Utterly reading this series, I love the world, these characters are so great, and the world is so detailed, and Brandon Sanderson writes so well and compellingly!
Next is Damsel by Elana K. Arnold! Loved reading this book again, I love this story and these characters so much, and the writing is incredible!
Next is Dark Heir by C.S. Pacat! This was an incredible sequel, loved being back in this world with these characters, and the story was so fantastic!
Next is Dark Memory by Christine Feehan! Loved this latest installment, loved this couple and their romance, and I loved the updates in the world, and of course I loved the writing!
Next is the Dark Stars series by Danielle Rollins, Stolen Time, Twisted Fates, and Dark Stars! These books were so complex and intricate and crazy time travel, I loved the world and these characters, they were just so great and I loved reading them!
Next is the Wicked Lovely series by Melissa Marr Ink Exchange, Stopping Time, Old Habits, Fragile Eternity, Radiant Shadows, Desert Tales, Darkest Mercy, Faery Tales and Nightmares, Winter Dreams, Love Hurts, Summer Bound, Tales of Folk & Fey, Wicked Mercy, and Dark Sun! I love this series so much, it's so incredible, I love the writing and the stories and the characters, they're just so great to read!
Next is the Kricket series by Amy A. Bartol, Sea of Stars and Darken the Stars! These were such great reads, loved being in this world, loved these characters and their story!
Next is the Daughter of the Pirate King series by Tricia Levenseller, Daughter of the Pirate King, Daughter of the Siren Queen, Riden's Chapter, and Vengeance of the Pirate Queen! These were so great to read, I loved the world, I loved these characters and Alosa's sassiness, and these stories were so compelling to read!
Next is Daughters of the Dawn by Sasha Nanua and Sarena Nanua! This was such a great sequel, I loved being back in this world with these characters, and the story that it told!
Next is Dawnbreaker by Jodi Meadows! Absolutely wonderful book, amazing end to the duology, loved the story and these characters and this vibrant world so much, and the writing was just superb!
Next is A Day of Fallen Night by Samantha Shannon! This book was epic, I loved this time period and this history, and all the politics and events, the writing had me captivated, it was all so good!
Next is the Dead Beautiful series by Yvonne Woon, Dead Beautiful, Life Eternal, and Love Reborn! This series is so fantastic to read, I love the world and how it works, and these characters and their romance was so precious!
Next the Scholomance series by Naomi Novik, A Deadly Education, The Last Graduate and The Golden Enclaves! Absolutely can't get enough of this series, the writing and El's narration is so good, the story is fantastic, and I can and will read it again and again!
Next is the Debutantes series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, Little White Lies and Deadly Little Scandals! This series is so full of twists and turns, I love the mysteries and watching these characters investigate, and of course I love the writing!
Next is Deal With the Devil by Kit Rocha! This was such a compelling read, I loved the world and these characters and the story and I'm so excited to read more!
Next is the Lily Adler Mystery series by Katharine Schellman, Silence in the Library, Death at the Manor, and Murder at Midnight! This series is so great, I love the concept and these characters, and solving these various mysteries was so entertaining!
Next is Decay Like Gold by Sara Raasch! This was such a insightful story, I loved seeing his perspective, and learning about his life!
Next is the Devouring Gray series by Christine Lynn Herman, The Devouring Gray and The Deck of Omens! This series was dark and atmospheric and so interesting and full of twists and reveals and I couldn't get enough of the story!
Next is The Defiant by Lesley Livingston! This was such a great story, the situation was so infuriating, and I love these characters and the story and I can't wait to finish out this series!
Next is Delicious Monsters by Liselle Sambury! This was such a great story, these characters and this world were so fantastic to read, and I couldn't get enough!
Next is Demons of Good and Evil by Kim Harrison! This had another really great story, I loved all the ups and downs and dealing with situations that these beloved characters had to deal with!
Next is the Aunties series by Jesse Q. Sutanto, Dial A for Aunties and Four Aunties and a Wedding! These were just laugh out loud hilarious, I loved the writing, and these characters and the situations that they got into-and the plans that they came up with to get out of them and how they went awry!
Next is The Disappearance of Sloane Sullivan by Gia Cribbs! This was such a thrilling read, the writing and this story had me on the edge of my seat, I had to know what was going on!
Next is Don't Hang Up by Benjamin Stevenson! This was a tense, fantastic read, I loved the story and watching these characters deal with it!
Next is the Nadia Stratford series by Kelley Armstrong, Exit Strategy, Made to be Broken, Wild Justice, Double Play, and Perfect Victim! I adore this series so much, I love the writing, the concept, the characters, and the stories, these mysteries are just fantastic, even if I'm reading them for the umpteenth time!
Next is the A Dowry of Blood series by S.T. Gibson, A Dowry of Blood, An Encore of Roses, and An Education in Malice! This series was so atmospheric, I loved the world and these characters and the stories were just excellent to read!
Next is the Hurog series by Patricia Briggs, Dragon Bones and Dragon Blood! I utterly loved reading these books, the writing was so good, and I adored this world, and these characters, and their situations, I was rooting for them! I couldn't get enough!
Next is the Alveria Dragon's Akademy Universe series by Ava Richardson, Dragon Gods, Dragon Family, Dragon's Guardian, Dragon's Source and Dragon's Magic! I love this world, and I love these characters and their stories, and the writing is just so enjoyable to read!
Next is the Zero Chronicles series by Dan Well, Zero G, Dragon Planet, and Stargazer! This series was so much fun to read, I loved the set up, and these characters and the situations that they got into and out of, and oh, the humour was just excellent!

I love this series, the writing is just so good and easy to read, and I love these characters and their romances, they're so heartwarming and lovely!
Next is The Drowned Woods by Emily Lloyd-Jones! This was such a fantastic read, I loved being back in this world, and these characters on this adventure, and all the twists and turns!
Next is the Married to Magic series by Elise Kova, A Duet With the Siren Duke and A Duet With the Siren Duke Bonus Scene! These were so fantastic to read, I loved this part of the world, these characters and their romance, and how their story was resolved was so great!
Next is Empress Of All Seasons by Emiko Jean! This was such a fantastic read, I loved the set up and this world and these characters, though the ending was so sad!
Next is Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett! I loved this world, I loved these characters and the story was just so enjoyable and the writing brought it to life!
Next is Enchanted to Meet You by Meg Cabot! I adored reading this book, I love her writing so much, and this world was so fantastic to read, and I loved these characters and their romance while they deal with this situation, it was so good!
Next is the In Death series by J.D. Robb, Encore in Death, Payback in Death, and Random in Death! I love these books so much, the world and characters and watching them investigate these mysteries, as well as the updates in their lives!
Next is the Ernest Cummingham series by Benjamin Stevenson, Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone and Everyone on This Train is a Suspect! This was such a great mysteries series that broke the 4th wall, and I loved how it was told, and these mysteries were just so excellent to read and they were rounded out with such great characters, and smart writing!
Next is the Ex Hex series by Erin Sterling, The Ex Hex and The Kiss Curse! These were so much fun to read, I loved this world and the set ups and these characters and their romances were just so cute and hilarious to read!
Next is The Ex Talk by Rachel Lynn Solomon! This was such a fun read, I loved watching these characters dealing with this situation, and it was just hilarious to read!
Next is The Expectant Detectives by Kate Ailes! This was such a fun mystery, I loved the humor and watching these characters investigate in this set up, it was so wonderful to read!
Next is Fake Famous by Dana L. Davis! This was such a great read, I had such a great time with the characters sand their story, it was so much fun to read!
Next is Fall of Ruin and Wrath by Jennifer L. Armentrout! Utterly loved reading this book, I love everything about it, I just love her writing so much, and this world and these characters and the story were so fantastic and I can't wait for more!
Next is the Jane Ladling Mystery series by Gena Showalter and Jill Monroe, Falling for the Gravekeeper and Grave Wars! I love this series so much, I love their writing, and the concept and these characters and watching them investigate, and the humour is just off the scale, it's so good!

Next is the Vindico series by Wesley King, The Vindico and The Feros! These were so great to read, I love the world and the set up, the idea is so interesting, and I love these characters and their stories!
Next is Fiddling with Fate by Diane Kelly! These was another really great read, I loved this mystery, and being back with these characters and the updates in their lives, and of course I really enjoy Diane Kelly's writing!
Next is Fifty First Times Anthology! This was such a great collection of stories, I loved the concept that brought them together, and seeing it executed by these different authors, it was all so much fun to read and so enjoyable!
Waking Gods, File No. 1743, Only Human, and File No. 2491! This series as a whole is a top read of 2023 for me, I'm utterly obsessed with everything about this series, the world, the writing, these characters, the way it's told, and the situations that they have to deal with, it was all so fantastic!
Next is Find Him Where You Left Him Dead by Kristen Simmons! I had such a great time reading this book, it was creepy and I loved these characters as they dealt with everything! It was just such a compelling story!
Next is the Finlay Donovan series by Elle Cosimano, Veronica Ruiz Breaks the Bank and Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice! This series is just so much fun, I love the situations that they get into, and how they deal with them, these characters are precious, and I love these mysteries, they're such great stories to read!
Next is Fire & Heist by Sarah Beth Durst! This was such a great read, the writing had me hooked, and I loved this world and these characters and their story was just so great!
Next is A Fire Endless by Rebecca Ross! This was an amazing read, I loved being back in this world and these characters, they were so good, and I loved the story, and the writing was just fantastic!
Next is A Fire in the Flesh by Jennifer L. Armentrout! This was such an amazing read, the bad guy was just absolutely evil, I love the writing, I love these characters in this amazing world, and it was just such a great read!
Next is the Frostblood Saga series by Elly Blake, Fireblood and Nightblood! I love this series so much, it's so interesting to read, I love this world and how the magic worked, and these characters are just so fantastic!
Next is the Aurelian Cycle series by Rosaria Munda, Fireborne, Flamefall, and Furysong! This series is a best read of 2023, I became so obsessed with this series, the writing had my entranced, I had to keep reading, this world was just amazing, and these characters and the hard decisions that they had to make were just so good!
Next is Firekeeper's Daughter by Angeline Boulley! This was an incredible read, the story was so fantastic and thought-provoking and infuriating that things are like that, and I love these characters and the writing!
Next is the Tomes of Kaleria series by Honor Raconteur, Tomes Apprentice, First of Tomes, and Master of Tomes! I love this series so much, the world is so amazing, I love her writing and these characters and the story, and I'm just sad that we won't get more!
Next is The First to Die at the End by Adam Silvera! This was such a great and heartbreaking story, I loved these characters and this story!
Next is First We Were IV by Alexandra Sirowy! This was such a wonderful read, I loved these characters and the mystery was so intriguing!
Next is the Last 8 series by Laura Pohl, The First 7 and The Last 8! These were so fantastic, I loved the world and the set up, and the characters and all the twists were just so great!

This series is just almost a best read of 2023, I loved the world, the writing was fantastic, and I loved the setup and these characters! They were just so fantastic!
Next is The Forest of Stolen Girls by June Hur! This was a fantastic read, I loved this setting and the mystery was so captivating, the writing and these characters really brought it to life!
Next is the Ivy Chronicles series by Sophie Jordan, Foreplay, Tease, and Wild! Loved reading these books, they were sweet and flirty and I just love these characters and their relationships and stories!

Next is A Witch's Guide to Fake Dating a Demon by Sarah Hawley! Loved reading this book, I loved this world of magic, and these characters were so great, I loved their romance and I couldn't get enough of their story! 
Next is the Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep, Heart Stings, Spider and Frost, and Stings and Stones! This series is so fantastic, I love the world and the characters, and these stories were just so enjoyable to devour!
Next is Heartless Hunter by Kristen Ciccarelli! I couldn't get enough of this story, the synopsis had me intrigued, and I loved these characters, and I enjoyed their story thoroughly!
Next is the Heartstopper series by Alice Osman, Heartstopper: Volume One, Heartstopper: Volume Two, Heartstopper: Volume Three, and Heartstopper: Volume Four! This series is so sweet and so special, I love this pair, I love their story and romance, and the way it deals with issues, and Alice Osman is a great writer and creator of images!
Next is Heartwood Box by Ann Aguirre! This was such a fantastic and intriguing read, I loved the premise, and of course I loved the writing, and the story and the mystery and the characters were just fantastic!
Next is the Whimbrel House series by Charlie N. Holmberg Keeper of Enchanted Rooms and Heir of Uncertain Magic! This series was just so good, they were just so comforting to read, I loved the world, and these characters were precious, and oh, the stories and the twist and turns were just fantastic!
Next is The Heiress by Rachel Hawkins! The premise of this book was so good, and I loved these characters and their secrets, and watching the mystery be unveil was just so good, with such excellent writing!
Next is Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo! This was an epic sequel, I loved all the developments, I loved being back with these characters, and the story was just amazing!
Next is Hellfinder by Paula Stokes! Oh, I thoroughly enjoyed this story, I loved everything about it, the concept and the way it played out was so unique and I really hope we get more!
Next is Hemlock Island by Kelley Armstrong! Absolutely loved reading this book, everything about it was great, the writing, the atmosphere, the characters, the story, and reveals and I couldn't get enough, I just devoured this book!

Next is the Sisters of Salem series by PC. Cast and Kristin Cast, Spells Trouble, Omens Bite, and Hex You! These books were so great, I loved to hate on the bad guys, and the writing was just addicting and I couldn't get enough!
Next is the Silver Springs series by Brenda Novak, Home for the Holidays, When I Found You, and Keep Me Warm at Christmas! This series is so sweet, I just love the writing and these characters and their romances are just a warm hug and I enjoyed them so much!
Next is the Unhoneymooners series by Christina Lauren, The Unhoneymooners and The Honeymoon Crashers! This series was just so much fun to read, I loved all these characters and their relationships, and all the drama and chaos were so entertaining to read, the writing just brough these stories to life!
Next is the Honors series by Rachel Caine and Ann Aguirre, Honor Among Thieves, Honor Bound, and Honor Lost! This series is always a favourite, a close favourite of mine, I just love both of these authors and the stories they created together are just incredible, I love everything about them, the writing, the set up, the characters, the stories and everything going on, and of course the covers are beautiful!
Next is Horrorstör by Grady Hendrix! This was such a great read, the concept was so interesting, and the pictures added so much to the story, and I loved these characters and watching as things got worse and worse, the writing just gave me chills!
Next is The Host by Stephenie Meyer! I love this book so much, the world and characters are just beloved, and I just wish that we had more time with them!
Next is the Wolf Springs Chronicles series by Nancy Holder and Debbie Viguié, Unleashed, Hot Blooded, and Savage! Love this series so much, it's so entertaining to read between great ideas and execution, and characters that I care about a story that I couldn't get enough of!

Absolutely loved reading these books, the narration was on point, I loved these characters and the schemes that they made and the situations that they got in and out of, and it was all just so clever!
Next is How to Sell a Haunted House by Grady Hendrix! This book was dark and creepy and I really enjoyed these characters and their story, as they dealt with this situation!
Next is Hunt on Dark Waters by Katee Robert! Adored this book, these characters were so adorable, and I loved their romance, and this world and the writing were just fantastic, and all the crossovers has me excited for more!
Next is The Hunting Moon by Susan Dennard! This was a fantastic sequel, loved the characters and world even more, and the new monsters, and dealing with the events of the last book, and the confirmation of my theory, and it was just so well done!
Next is I Killed Zoe Spanos by Kit Frick! This book was tricky and wonderful, I loved the narration style back and forth in time, these characters, and the mystery and writing just worked so well together!
Next is I'll Be the One by Lyla Lee! Utterly adored this book, loved these characters and the situation that they were in, and how she dealt with it, and hated that she had to, but she did it so well, and I was so happy for her, I was rooting for her!
Next is the Maple Hills series by Hannah Grace, Icebreaker and Wildfire! These books were steamy and spicy, and were just a fun blast to read, I just utterly adored these romances!
Next is I'm the Girl by Courtney Summers! This was such a great read, the powerful in this book were just so easy to hate for how awful they were, I cared about these characters and wanted to know what was going on, and oh man, that ending!
Next is Immortal Longings by Chloe Gong! This was such a great read, the world was so interesting and so was the magic, and these characters were just amazing, and the story was chock full and I loved every moment of it!
Next is Immortality by Dana Schwartz! This was such a fantastic sequel, I loved being back with these characters, and oh, man, this was another wonderful story and I was just enthralled and I had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is In Her Highlander's Bed by Lynsay Sands! This was such an enjoyable read, her romances are just so enjoyable and sweet, and I loved this couple and their story, and all the hijinks that they had to deal with, and oh, of course it was just hilarious to read!
Next is In the Ravenous Dark by A.M. Strickland! I love this book so much, the world and magic are just incredible, and these characters are brought to life with excellent writing, and I love the representation so much, and of course the cover is stunning! It's just such a great book!
Next is Inferno by Marjorie M. Liu, Illustrated by Sana Takeda! This was just an incredible installment, I loved all the new information we got, and seeing more of this amazing, dark work, and oh, the story was just so excellent!
Next is the 5th Wave series by Rick Yancey, The 5th Wave, The Infinite Sea, and The Last Star! This series is a top read of 2023, the plotting and scheming was just immaculate, and all the introspective questions about humanity, with what was going on, was just intense and amazing and there were some really great action going on at the same time that brought it all home and it was all just so good to read!
Next is Paper Gods series by Amanda Sun, Shadow, Ink, Rain, Rise, and Storm! This series so great, the concept is so interesting, and I love the world and these characters and I just loved going on this adventure!
Next is the Great Library series by Rachel Caine, Tigers in the Cage, Stormcrow, Ink and Bone, and Paper and Fire! I love this series so much, the concept is just so interesting, and these characters are so good, and the tension was high and that with the writing had me on the edge of my seat and I can't get enough!
Next is the Of Fire and Stars series by Audrey Coulthurst, Inkmistress, Of Fire and Stars, and Of Ice and Shadows! Love this series, love the world, the magic, the characters and their relationships and romances, and the stories are just incredible!
Next is Instinct Anthology! This was an amazing collection, I loved the premise of the anthology, and all these stories from animals perspectives were so cute and sometimes so heartbreaking and I loved it!
Next is the Semiosis Duology series by Sue Burke, Semiosis and Interference! These books were crazy and weird and I loved the concept and these characters, as time went on and they learned more and more and it was just so good!
Next is the Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa, The Iron Traitor, The Iron Warrior, Shadow's Legacy, The Iron Raven, The Iron Sword, and The Iron Vow! Love this series so much, the concept has been unique from the beginning, and I love this stories and characters so much, and all the updates and events in the world are just so entertaining to read!
Next is It's One of Us by J.T. Ellison! This was such a great mystery, I loved the set up, and I loved watching everything fall into piece and fall apart, and oh, these characters were so great, and the writing brough this excellent story to life!
Next is James Moriarty, Consulting Criminal by Andy Weir! This story was brilliant, I loved the set up and these characters and watching the investigation from the bad guy's perspective was so interesting!
Next is the Procedural Crime series by Amanda Stevens, John Doe Cold Case and Looks That Kill! I had a fantastic time with these stories, I loved the writing and these characters, and their situations with these mysteries and romances, they were so enjoyable to read!
Next is Junkyard War by Faith Hunter! I love this book, the world and concept are so interesting, and I loved this story, and of course these characters and the writing are dear to me!
Next is the Vengeance Road series by Erin Bowman, Kate & Jesse and Retribution Rails! These were so fantastic to read, I loved being back in this world, and the situations that they were in were infuriating, and I loved all the ups and downs of the stories!
Next is the Adrian X Isolde series by Scarlett St. Clair, King of Battle and Blood and Queen of Myth and Monsters! These were fantastic to read, I loved the world, and these characters and their romance, and it was just so compelling to read!

Next is Leopard's Hunt by Christine Feehan! Love this series so much and I loved this latest couple, and their story and romance, and what they added to the world, it was so entertaining and enjoyable to read! And of course I loved the writing!
Next is the Dominions series by Abigail Owen, The Liar's Crown and The Stolen Throne! This series is just so fantastic, I love the world and the set up and learning about the magic, and these characters were so great and I was rooting for them and hating on the bad guy, and I had such a great time with these stories!
Next is the Life's a Witch series by Brittany Geragotelis, What the Spell, Life's a Witch, and The Witch is Back! These were such great reads, and oh, I hated some of these characters, including the main girl in the first one, who was an antagonist later on, because boy, was she awful! Loved this world and they were just fantastic stories to read!
Next is A Little Bit Country by Brian D. Kennedy! I had such a great time with this book, I loved the set up and these characters, and watching them come together, and deal with this whole other plot going on besides them, it was so great!

Next is the Lore Olympus series by Rachel Smythe, Lore Olympus: Volume 4 and Lore Olympus: Volume 5! This series is just so great, the updated retelling is so interesting and I love this take on the characters and the stories, and oh, the artwork is so pretty!

Next is Mammoths at the Gates by Nghi Vo! This was a fantastic read, I loved this latest story, and the direction that it went, and of course everything else about this book was fantastic, I just love these characters and this world and the concept of the series and the writing is so good!
Next is Manslaughter Park by Tirzah Price! This was another really fantastic murder mystery retelling of the story, and I enjoyed the mystery and story, and thoroughly enjoyed these characters and the writing was just amazing!
Next is the Sianim series by Patricia Briggs, Masques, Steal the Dragon, When Demons Walk and Wolfsbane! Utterly love this series, I just love her writing so much, and this world was interesting, I hated the bad guys and I cared for these characters, and their stories were really intriguing and I couldn't get enough, I just devoured these books!
Next is Master of Souls by Rena Barron! This was an amazing read, it was such a great sequel, of course I enjoyed everything that I loved from the first two books with amazing characters, world building and writing, and the story was just amazing, I loved how it wrapped up!
Next is Masters of Death by Olivie Blake! This book was weird and wild, and I utterly loved it, the concept sounded really great and it was executed beautifully, I loved this cast of characters and how they came together, and man, the world and the writing were top notch! Plus it was a really fantastic story!
Next is The Merciless King of Moore High by Lily Sparks! Absolutely loved reading this book, I loved the dynamics of these groups, and all the twists and turns of the story, with characters and writing that I just adored so much!

This was an amazing read, and such a fantastic sequel, I loved being back in this incredible world, with these characters, and this story just didn't go where I expected and it was a joy to read, and oh, man, those twists and turns! They were so great to read!
Next is the Conquered Earth series by J. Barton Mitchell, Winterbay, Midnight City, The Severed Tower, and Valley of Fires! This series is so good, I love this setting, and these characters within it, and absolutely loved following along with their story!
Next is Mislaid in Parts Half-Known by Seanan McGuire! This was another fantastic read I loved being with the present timeline, loved these characters, and this adventure, it was such a great story, and of course the writing was terrific!

Next is The September House by Carissa Orlando! This was such a great creepy and atmospheric book, loved the setting and the premise, and I wanted to know what was going on and what was going to happen next to these characters!
Next is Seven Dirty Secrets by Natalie D. Richards! This was such a great and thrilling read, of course I loved the writing, and these characters were great and I needed to know more about this mystery!
Next is The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston! Loved reading this book so much, the concept was so interesting, and I loved these two and their romance, it was so so sweet and so well done, I love her writing so much!
Next is Shadow Dance by Christine Feehan! This was another really great read, I loved everything about it, this series and premise is so good, and I loved this couple and their story and what it added!
Next is the Sunbolt Chronicles series by Intisar Khanani, Shadow Thief and Sunbolt! These were so great to read, the writing was excellent, the world was so great, and I cared about these amazing characters, and I couldn't get enough!
Next is Shards of Glass by Michelle Sagara! Utterly loved reading this book, I love her writing and this world so much, and I loved exploring this part of the world, and these characters, and everything we learned in this story, it was all so fantastic!
Next is She Drives Me Crazy by Kelly Quindlen! I had such a great time reading this book, I loved these characters and the relationship and conflicts between them and I had such a great time reading it!
Next is She Gets the Girl by Rachael Lippincott and Alyson Derrick! It was so lovely reading this book, I loved these two and their relationship, and it was just so well done!
Next is A Show for Two by Tashie Bhuiyan! Yeah, this is another top read of 2023, her writing is just so compelling and I love the stories and the emotions that are evoked, and I care about these characters and I can't put these stories down! I needed to keep reading, and find out what was going to happen next!
Next is Sign of the Slayer by Sharina Harris! This was such a great read, I loved the premise, and how it was done, and these characters and their story was so fantastic to read!
Next is The Silence of Bones by June Hur! Loved reading this book, the mystery was so good, and I cared about these characters and I needed to know what was going to happen next, this got to my emotions, the writing was so good!
Next is Silver in the Bone by Alexandra Bracken! Oh, this was such a great read, I love her writing, and this world was so interesting, and these characters and their story were fantastic, I had to know what was going to happen next, and it went to some really fantastic places!
Next is A Sinister Revenge by Deanna Raybourn! Loved reading this book, it was such a great sequel, I loved everything about it, and the updates to the world were so good!
Next is Six Crimson Cranes by Elizabeth Lim! Man I loved reading this book, loved being back in this world, loved these characters and the situations that they were in, and I couldn't get enough of these story, the writing had me compelled!
Next is the Skyhunter series by Marie Lu, Skyhunter and Steelstriker! I had such a great time reading this book, her writing is just so good, I loved the world and how it worked, and these characters and their story, man, they were so excellent and I had to know more!
Next is Slay by Laurell K. Hamilton! Loved reading this book so much, being back in this world with these characters and their relationships, and I loved the developments and updates in the world, it was so entertaining to read!
Next is the Mountain Lodge Mystery series by Diane Kelly, A Trip with Trouble and Snow Place for Murder! These were so much fun to read, I love this series with this set up and these characters, and these mysteries were so entertaining to read, and I just love the writing and the humour, they're such great cozy mysteries!
Next is the Solitaire series by Alice Oseman, This Winter and Solitaire! These were so fantastic to read, I love her writing so much, and these characters, and I had such a great time with these stories!
Next is Somewhere in the Deep by Tanvi Berwah! Loved reading this book, being back in this world exploring a different area, the writing was amazing and I loved these characters and their story, it really brough out some emotions in me!
Next is The Song of Wrath by Sarah Raughley! This was such a great sequel, so much happens, and I loved every minute, there's such great writing and I had such a great time being back in this fantastic world with these amazing characters!
Next is A Soul of Ash and Blood by Jennifer L. Armentrout! Loved reading this book so much, I love this world and series so much, everything about it is amazing and I loved what this book added!
Next is Space Station Down by Ben Bova and Doug Beason! This was such a thrilling read, I loved the premise and characters and I just had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is the The Blood of Stars series by Elizabeth Lim, Spin the Dawn and Unravel the Dusk! These were so fantastic to read, I loved the world, and how the magic worked, and her writing and these characters and their stories were so fantastic to read!
Next is Stars and Smoke by Marie Lu! Loved reading this book, I just love her writing, and the concept was so interesting, and I loved these characters as they went on this adventure, it was so entertaining to read!
Next is Stay with My Heart by Tashie Bhuiyan! This is a top read of 2023, I just fell in love with her writing this series, I'm so obsessed, and the characters and the set up was so good, my emotions were engaged, and I couldn't get enough of this fantastic story!
Next is The Stolen Heir by Holly Black! This was such a great read, loved being back in this world with these characters, the story was so good and I loved the direction it went in, and man, I just love Holly Black's writing!
Next is Weather Witch series by Shannon Delany, Weather Witch, Stormbringer, and Thunderstruck! I love this series, the world is so interesting, and I really enjoy her writing, and I had such a great time with these characters and their story!
Next is The Stranger Upstairs by Lisa M. Matlin! This book was spooky and so well done, I wanted to know more of what was going on, and what was going to happen next to these characters! 
Next is the Cosmere series by Brandon Sanderson, Tress of the Emerald Sea, Yumi and the Nightmare Painter, and The Sunlit Man! Loved reading these books so much, this world is just so incredible, and I loved exploring these parts, and they were of course well written, and I loved these characters and their stories and what they added! 
Next is the Chronicles of Ixia series by Maria V. Sndyer, The Study of Poisons and The Study Chronicles! Utterly loved reading these books, I love this series so much, and I loved getting Valek's side of events, and more short stories in this world, her writing is just so near and dear to me, and I adore this world and characters, and they were amazing stories!
Next is A Study in Drowning by Ava Reid! This book was creepy and atmospheric, and I had such a great time reading it, the world and magic was interesting, these characters were great, and I couldn't get enough of the writing or the story!
Next is Such a Quiet Place by Megan Miranda! Wow, this was another fantastic mystery, I loved the twists and turns and reveals, and they were such great characters and amazing writing, and the story was so good, I loved how it turned out!
Next is Suddenly a Murder by Lauren Muñoz! This was such a great read, I had such a great time with this mystery and the characters, and it was so well done and well written!
Next is Suggested Reading by Dave Connis! This was such a great read, I loved the set up and watching it play out, this book really played on my anxiety, and oh, I had such a great time with these characters and their story!
Next is Sword Catcher by Cassandra Clare! Loved reading this book so much, I loved this world and these characters, I really cared for what they were going through and I was so invested, the writing had me hooked, and I'm so excited to read more from this series!
Next is Tangled in Tinsel by Trilina Pucci! This was such a fun and smutty romp, I loved these characters and this time they spent together doing adult stuff, it was so entertaining!
Next is A Taste of Gold and Iron by Alexandra Rowland! Oh, this was such a great read, it's almost a Winter's Orbit but fantasy, I loved these two and their romance, and this world and the writing was just spot on!
Next is Tell Her Story by Margot Hunt! Loved reading this book, it was such a great mystery and I just wanted to know what was going on!
Next is Tell the Wind and Fire by Sarah Rees Brennan! This was such a great read, I loved the world and the set up, and I cared about these characters and it really got a rise out of my emotions, the writing was so well done!
Next is A Tempest at Sea by Sherry Thomas! Utterly loved reading this book, the mystery was so fantastic, I loved being back with these characters and the updates in the world, and it was of course well written!
Next is Gamble Brothers series by Jennifer L. Armentrout, Temping the Best Man, Tempting the Player, and Tempting the Bodyguard! This series was so much fun, I loved these characters and their romances, they were so enjoyable to read, Jennifer L. Armentrout just writes books that are such a blast to read!
Next is The Test by Sylvain Neuvel! This was such a great story, it was so interesting and I loved the concept, and these characters and it was just so well done!
Next is That Inevitable Victorian Thing by E.K. Johnston! This is a top read of 2023, this history was slightly changed, and how that impacted our present story, was just so good, the world and detail, and the characters were so amazing, I loved their story and the way it was told, and man, the representation was just so good and I couldn't get enough of this book!
Next is the Starbound series by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner, These Broken Stars, This Night So Dark, This Shattered World, and Their Fractured Light! This was such a great series, I love the world and the characters and their writing and the stories and how it came together, it and it was just so much fun to read!
Next is Their Little Girl by L.J. Anderson! This was another really great spicy romp, I really enjoyed reading this story again and these characters together!
Next is Their Vicious Games by Joelle Wellington! This was such a great story, I loved the set up and the writing, it had me hooked, and I had to know what was going to happen next to these characters, and man, it had me on the edge of my seat!
Next is Then Everything Happens at Once by M.E. Girard! This was such an enjoyable book, the writing was so good, I enjoyed these characters and their story!
Next is There Should Have Been Eight by Nalini Singh! Absolutely loved reading this book, I loved the premise, the atmosphere was creepy, and I had to know what was going to happen next, the mystery, writing, and characters were just that fantastic! It was just so compelling and thrilling and so full of twists and reveals and I loved it!
Next is the These Witches Don't Burn series by Isabel Sterling, This Spell Can't Last, These Witches Don't Burn, and This Coven Won't Break! This was such a great read, I loved this world of magic and how it worked, the writing had me hooked, and these characters were so great, I cared for what they were going through, and watching their story was just so great!
Next is They're Watching You by Chelsea Ichaso! Loved reading this book, it was creepy, I loved the set up and the characters, writing, and mystery were just so well done I couldn't get enough!
Next is the Last Finestra series by Emily Thiede, This Vicious Grace and This Cursed Light! Loved reading these books, the world was so interesting, and the synopsis had me so intrigued, and I loved seeing these stories play out with these fantastic characters and such good writing!
Next is This is How You Lose the Time War by Max Gladstone and Amal El-Mohtar! This book was weird and strange and I had a really fantastic time reading it, I cared about these characters, and the writing, story, and plotting was so well done, it was such a great time travel story!
Next is This Will Be Funny Someday by Katie Henry! This was such a great story, I cared for these amazing characters, there was humour and sadness, and it was such an enjoyable story, I had such a great time with it, and the writing just really helped with that!
Next is Thornhedge by T. Kingfisher! I had such a great time reading this book, I love her writing, and this was such a fantastic retelling, I loved the twist, it was such a great fairy tale story, with stunning characters and emotions engaged, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Next is Three Drops of Blood by Gretchen McNeil! Loved reading this book, loved the set up, the mystery, the writing, these characters, and the atmosphere, I just had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is Tides of Fire by James Rollins! Of course I loved reading this book, I love this series so much with the mix of elements these stories have, the writing is brilliant and I utterly love these characters, and this latest story was so fantastic, and I loved the updates to the world!
Next is Tie Me Knot by Allie Brahms! This is a top read of 2023, I love her writing, under whatever name, and this world was so interesting, I cared about the characters and the hilarious situations that they got into, and I can't wait to read more about them and their romance!
Next is the Iron Crystal series by Kathryn Ann Kingsley, To Charm a Dark Prince and To Bind a Dark Heart! These were amazing to read, I loved the world and the magic, the writing had me reading, and I cared about these characters and I had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is the Erin Blake series by Sheryl Scarborough, To Catch a Killer and To Right the Wrongs! This series is so good, I loved these characters and watching them deal with these investigations, I couldn't get enough of these stories!
Next is Together We Rot by Skyla Arndt! This book was dark and creepy, and I loved the premise and how it was executed, the writing and characters were just so great to read!
Next is the Hades x Persephone series by Scarlett St. Clair, A Touch of Darkness, A Touch of Ruin, and A Touch of Malice! These books were utterly fantastic to read, I loved the world and this take on the story and characters, and the writing just had me turning pages, I couldn't get enough!
Next is Transmogrify! Anthology! The concept that these stories were written about were just so good, I loved this diverse collection of stories, they were so creative and wonderful to read!
Next is The True Love Experiment by Christina Lauren! Loved reading this book, I just love their writing, and I loved the set up and these characters, their romance was a delight to read!
Next is Two Truths and a Lie by April Henry! This was such a great mystery, I loved the writing, and I had to know more of what was going to happen next with these characters!
Next is Unbreakable by Mira Grant! This was such an incredible read, I loved the writing, the world and the set up was so interesting and the story with these characters was amazing!
Next is Under This Red Rock by Mindy McGinnis! This book was chilling and fantastic and I had such a great time with these characters in this situation!
Next is The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy by Megan Bannen! This was such an original read, I loved this world and the set up, and I adored these characters and their romance, and all the moving pieces of this story worked so well together!
Next is The Unearthly by Laura Thalassa! I had a really great time reading this book, getting to know this part of the world and these characters and I can't wait to read more!
Next is Ungodly by Kendare Blake! Loved reading this book, loved being back in this world with these characters and their story, and the events in this book, wow! Incredible where it ended, I just loved it!
Next is Unholy Terrors by Lyndall Clipstone! I couldn't get enough of this book, the world was so interesting, and I cared about these characters, and the stakes kept getting higher, and I couldn't get enough!
Next is the A Hundred Names for Magic by Rin Chupeco, Wicked As You Wish, An Unreliable Magic, and The World's End! This was such an incredible series to read, I just loved all the elements that came together for the world, for these characters, and the representation, and the calling out of the unfairness of the world, and these characters were amazing and the writing was wonderful!
Next is Unseelie by Ivelisse Housman! This was such a great read, I loved this world, these characters and I was rooting for them as they were dealing with this question, and I adored the representation!
Next is The Veil by Rachel Harrison! This was a short and sweet story, I loved these characters and their situation-and I loved what she chose for her future!
Next is The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna! This was such a cute read, I loved the world and these characters and the set up and the romance was just adorable!
Next is The Villa by Rachel Hawkins! This was another fantastic mystery, I loved these characters and their situation, and dealing with everything and the writing was so good and compelling!
Next is The Violent Season by Sara Walters! This was such a great read, I loved these characters and watching them investigate and figure out what was going on was so good!
Next is The Voice Upstairs by Laura E. Weymouth! This book was creepy and atmospheric and the writing did justice to this story and I couldn't get enough of these characters and their plot!
Next is The Waking Forest by Alyssa Wees! This was such a great read, I loved the way that it was told, and I loved these characters and the world and the story and I just wanted wanted to know what was going on, the writing was just that well done!
Next is The Warden by Daniel M. Ford! Loved reading this book, loved the world and the magic, and these characters, and the story had me captivated and I had to know what was going to happen next!
Next is Wardens of Eternity by Courtney Moulton! This was such a great read, it was so entertaining and I was captivated by these characters and their story in this world, it was just so great, and I couldn't get enough!
Next is Warping Minds & Other Misdemeanors by Annette Marie and Rob Jacobsen! This was such a great read, I loved learning and exploring this world more, and I had such a great time with this cast of characters and their story!
Next is Warrior Girl Unearthed by Angeline Boulley! This was such a great read, such a great story, these characters were so going and I couldn't get enough of everything!
Next is Warrior of the Wild by Tricia Levenseller! Loved reading this book so much, it gathered my emotions and raised them, I railed against this situation that these characters were in, and I had such a great time with the story, and the writing told it so well!
Next is The Water Outlaws by S.L. Huang! This was such a fantastic read, I loved all the moving parts, and the world and characters and plots and schemes were just so good!
Next is We Rule the Night by Claire Eliza Bartlett! Utterly loved reading this book, loved to hate the world, it just raised such emotions at the unfairness of it all, and I loved these characters and their story and the writing so, so much!
Next is The Werewolf's 15 Minutes by Jonathan Maberry! This was such a great read, I loved the concept, and how it played out, the story and writing were just so entertaining to read!

Next is Where Darkness Blooms by Andrea Hannah! This book was just so well written, it evoked emotions in me, and I cared about these characters and what they were facing, and I loved all their various relationships, and finding out what had happened and what was going on!
Next is Where Echoes Die by Courtney Gould! This book was dark and atmospheric, and the writing brought this story to life, and I couldn't get enough of these characters and their story, I had to know what was going on!
Next is Wicked Fox by Kat Cho! Loved reading about these characters, the world was so interesting and I had to know how it worked, and I couldn't get enough of the story and the writing!
Next is Wind Daughter by Joanna Ruth Meyer! This was such a great story, I loved being back in this world, and oh, it was so good to follow along with these characters!
Next is Wings Once Cursed & Bound by Piper J. Drake! Loved reading this book, I loved the magic and how things worked, and I cared about these characters and watching their romance was just so delightful to read!

Next is 10 Hours to Go by Keely Parrack! This book was thrilling and I love watching the story unfold!
Lastly is 10 Things That Never Happened by Alexis Hall! Oh, I loved this story, it was so much fun, and I loved these two and their romance!
So 934 of 955. This year, I was a bit more critical about what went on this list, simply because I did read so many books this year, and I wanted to save myself just a little bit of time. But I read some really amazing books, series, and authors that I loved, and I'm excited for the next year, audiobooks really helped me this year.
